"I’ve lived here for two years. The apartments are reasonably priced for the area. I have enjoyed living here especially since the management has worked with me. The handy men do a good job of responding to work orders."

"If there was a zero star raiting I would leave it. I lived here for a while. I was employed with an oil outfit outside of Floresville and thought this was a good location to move into. 1st thing, someone entered my apartment with a key without my permission and rummaged through personal belongings. The police and management were notified of the intrusion but nothing ever came if it. Then the box where everyone dropped their money orders and checks got robbed. I had to yell at the owner to call the police after I called and made a report on my own. She then said my rent was late and I have to move out when lawfully it was in "their" secure box so withstanding in "their" possession. The people that own this thing are wrong for what they do to people and use "political influence" in the town via crooked police and politicians. It's a sad thing when people can use systems of government and the people that work in these systems to butcher lives for monetary gain."

"Terrible! Overpriced for a dump in the middle of nowhere. Management takes forever to fix problems and took over 30+ days to return the deposit. Highway robbery. efficiency apartment with luxury apartment prices. literally the apartments are constructed with cheapest materials available. Management is rude and unavailable."

"Decent space in a 2br great kitchen very open not a lot of cabinet space though. The Barb is on the small side. Place is on the expensive side 950pm for 2br 1bath hard to get a hold of my landlord or get call backs and takes forever to get things fixed"
