"Had to turn them into the city for major rat infestation. They refuse to get an exterminator and the problem continues. Rats have destroyed all of my furniture and now they wont let me out of my lease. The grounds men come in wearing masks due to rat feces and urine everywhere and I am expected to live in it. I am leaving and I intend to fight this. I have made 15 maintenance requests and yet they continue and they run around in the walls and ceilings all night long. It is disgusting! Do not move here, they fix cosmetic issues on the outside the major issues remain."

These new folks have taken the reigns and made this place such a great place to live. Definitely worth taking a look if you're in the market!"

"Worst apartment I rented and that is saying a lot from a person who lived on Dyer St in El Paso. Water always goes out. The will tow you without warning even if you forgot to put on your tag. They do not care if your car got towed. The will only send you one single notice of where to park. It wasn’t even in the lease agreement. Place was dirty when I first got there. Laundry room was always dirty and the parking lot floods in heavy rain. Possums and raccoons are everywhere. Only giving it one star because the maintenance guys were cool and always very helpful I feel bad they work for bad management, hopefully they treat them better than they treat the tenants. The crime in the area is also high Starcrest is NOT a family friend street. This apartment need new management and more Parking spaces it is ridiculous, they have ZERO hesitation towing any car. I was a tenant that parked in the visitors parking(not the visitors by the office) and got towed. I’ve waited to write this bad review. If your looking for a place just spend the extra 100 because once you get towed you will pay over 200 just to get your car back."
