"I am so thankful I came here. The front office staff was amazing. They had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Everyone was polite and helpful. June went above and beyond to make sure me and my child were in and out quickly. The nurses and staff in the back were nice and knowledgeable. I would come back and would recommend this office to anyone."

"I love Dr. Kuri. She is phenomenal with her care, attentiveness, listening, and communication. My two 4 yr old crazy boys are a handful, and she is always very patient with them. I have not had any problems with the staff. They are friendly and professional. The office is clean. The only problem I do encounter sometimes is the phones. I understand they are a very busy clinic, but their phone system is lacking sometimes I get a call back and sometimes I don't. I've been on hold for an hour at times. However, I would still recommend the doctors at this clinic."

"Doctors, when they could hang onto them, get 5 stars. Reception and the phone service get -5 stars. When my son was born, this place was wonderful. Doctors were attentive, happy and people answered the phone. Now, they've got half the doctors they used to and the rest cycle through in about 20 minutes. Fortunately, Dr. Kuri is still great but she's not enough reason to continue to put up with this place. Meanwhile, The wait queue is so actively hostile that you have to reconfirm every 2 minutes that you want to in fact wait for someone to answer your phone call because they're sure not going to bother calling you back. I strongly advise you find another pediatrician. I further advise all of the doctors remaining to find somewhere else to work. ABCD itself deserves to go under."

"I hate having to write this review, or any bad review at all. I was so upset after our last appointment I immediately switched providers and I’ve been waiting to write this with a clear mind. This was the only pediatrician we had gone to for all of my children and the place has slowly gone downhill since they’ve come under new management. There’s been a purge of doctors, a new portal, no one answers the phones, and the nurses are nice but something just feels off. I brought my 4 year old here a couple months ago for her well check and the shot left a bruise for weeks. Then, a few weeks later, at our last appointment, the nurse gave my 4 month old a shot so hard that she was bleeding all over her bloomers. That was the last straw and I couldn’t continue bringing my children here in good conscience. That being said, Dr. Manaloor is such a kind human being and knowledgeable doctor, I really wish we could have continued coming here just for her but, unfortunately, this establishment is just not up to par."
