"If there were 0 stars i would give!Stay away!!! When my family and I moved here over 3 years ago it was great!! Update today and it is horrible . Can not keep management in office. Alot of the kids are rude and their parents are not ever home watching them. The kids are outside all kinds of Night cussing and playing at residents doors. The elevators never work and their are a lot of disabled and elderly residents. The pool is disgusting. There use to be hoilday and social events and now it's just a big dump. Trash is always everywhere in the halls and kids drop trash right in front our door to be rude. There is always constant noise from above us. The people are disrespect and we are stuck here until the summer. Do not settle for a place like this. If you can do your research and do not move here. The people over this complex do not care at all. I would never stay in another one of their properties. They have newer ones and this was is going to rotten. The gats don't even, work they just stay open. Multiple car break ins and theft. People are moving left and right. These are just some issues."

"This is an absolutely horrible place to live do not live here if you do not have a choice Department I got into I was told would be fixed up by the time I moved in and it was not it was holes in the walls to this day I didn't even have appliances for 3 months because the stove didn't work the washer machine didn't work my fridge didn't work my water heater barely works and they make it really hard to pay your rent and you'll usually end up with a fee because of it I know that would be that bad if my apartment wasn't infested with mold mice and roaches this is a horrible place to live do not live here"

"I must express my profound disappointment with the ongoing decline in the maintenance and customer service at our apartment complex. It's disheartening to witness the continuous deterioration of the living conditions in what was once a pleasant and secure environment. I have been a resident for over 8yrs and one of the most pressing concerns is the apparent disregard for our safety. It's distressing that we no longer feel secure in our own homes. The inadequate security measures and the increasing instances of safety issues have left us feeling vulnerable. This is not what one should experience in their own place of residence. Additionally, the plummeting customer service standards are equally disconcerting. It seems as though the management's commitment to residents' well-being and satisfaction is no longer a concern. Calls and emails often go unanswered, and when they are addressed, it's typically with a lackluster response that leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the issue of water bills is a recurring problem that remains unresolved. Residents have consistently reported overcharged bills, yet there has been no transparent explanation or resolution offered. This not only reflects poorly on the management's financial transparency but also raises questions about the integrity of the billing process. Residents invest not just money but trust in their apartment management. It's disheartening to feel that this trust is being eroded by the day. We chose this place as our home because we believed in the commitment to quality living, but sadly, that commitment seems to be a thing of the past. It's my sincere hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its approach to the upkeep and service quality. Residents deserve to feel safe and valued, and it's high time that these concerns are addressed promptly and effectively."

"I have been calling and calling and left several messages and there supposed to be open up at 9 I was there at like 9:45 almost 10 in the doors are still locked I left several messages I've been calling since last year and no one returned my phone call not once i didn't want write on here but didn't know whatelse too"
