"We were ideal tenants even with the millions of work orders we had to put in. Without AC for 4 months just to have multiple companies come out to repeatedly do estimates cause they weren’t willing to accept the entire unit needed replaced. Advised up to run air on 60 to keep it 85 degrees in mid Summer. We were responsible for the additional utility charge. Roaches are everywhere no matter how clean you are, mold, water damage and holes everywhere make your apartment easily accessible. We signed a lease and the lease they had on file WAS NOT THE LEASE WE SIGNED OR HAD A COPY OF. Additional charges and a spiked rent was added and MY HUSBANDS SIGNATURE WAS FORGED. Mind you within a year lease 4 different company’s took over.My husbands in the army so rent came out automatically, we go to check the account for Christmas and Ellington went from drafting 1346 to 1568 with no explanation. We expected to have close to 4,000 in this account and it was left at a mere $173. We brought this to our attentions and of course got treated like we were lying. My husbands active duty for 18 years and we’ve never experienced this. Army Financial Counseling advices we contact a attorney. $500 retainer fee later which we will get back in times due and we finally have representation. Thankfully we’re required to report and keep record of everything. I have numerous photos and recording from “management”.Anyone who leased here from 10/1/22-current and have had similar issues please reach out to me. I have a feeling I’m not the only one they’ve done this too. Mind you before we brought this to our attention our lease was up and they were practically begging us to stay. Now we get to fight for our deposit and owed money. I currently have 3 other tenants on board and am willing to sit down with anyone else whom would like to pursue litigation."

"The best thing about this apartment complex is hands down the community manager Veronica Navarro and her partner Jason. The property has had its problems, certain things come up but I could always rely on the community managers for their transparency and dedication. Couldn’t imagine what situations the apartment residents would have never had resolve if it wasn’t for Ms. Navarro and her team!!"

"I have to say that I wasn't at all happy with this place. But this new management company is trying their best at fixing all issues not solved from previous management. They are on their toes trying to catch up. My fam and I thank you for listening and for replacing my AC promptly."

"Not everything is perfect in life because perfection does not exist, but in this housing complex you live calm and comfortable. I believe that the new management has made favorable aesthetic changes to improve the facades, the parking lot and the pool area. I have lived in this condo for 5 years and I think that the best administration is this new one from THE ELLINGTON. The administration has a human team, respectful and they really attend to our needs. I recommend it 100%"
