"The whole staff has been so welcoming since the first time I’ve moved in. Everyone has made me and my family really comfortable and safe. Maintenance has been fairly quick whenever I have had any issues. The two girls in the front has always been quick to respond whenever I needed them. I love how professional and respectful whole crew has been to my family. Definitely would recommend to friends and family"

"LADY IN THE FRONT OFFICE HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! THE PROPERTY MANAGER STAYS ON SITE AND NEVER IN THE OFFICE TO HELP. LETS NOT GET ON MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. THE ANTS AND ROCHES LIVE RENT FREE. TO SAVE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR MONEY THE HASSLE JUST DONT DO IT."

"I lived here for two years. The apartment I toured was the apartment that was given to me. They said someone would clean before moving in, but once I moved in, everything was still dusty and nothing was clean. It was still an easy and quick move in so I didn’t mind. My apartment was in a good spot, always quiet. The hot water was an issue sometimes but the ONE maintenance man they had was always working hard. Our neighbors roof got infested with a beehive but the management said they wouldn’t pay to remove them. My mom found a free removal service and they didn’t want to call them. Laundry room was dirty most of the times and some machines would never work. They were never in the office during the actual office hours. My car did get broken in to right before I moved out. The neighbors were pretty awesome. Maintenance man is great. Management sucks. They also charged me four grand when I moved out. Nobody will contact me back so I have to dispute this with my credit agency."
