"I went by today to see these apartments. Destiny was so sweet! She took the time to explain everything to me. She put me on the waitlist and informed me of the affordable housing program and the opportunity Homes website."
"I really like these apartments. They are nice and the staff is super knowledgeable and answer all my question when needed. I have been living here for a year already and i have no complaints. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something nice and calm."
"Lived at the Burning Tree apartments with my father from 2014 till April 2021. Always had issues getting maintenance to do a proper job, had sketchy neighbors, just overall not a good experience. During this time I experienced a period of depression and anxiety which kept me in my bedroom for seven years. Unfortunately my father passed away in January 2021. The complex staff were understanding of the situation and gave me enough time to get my things packed before vacating (my name wasn't on the lease). Ended up getting help for my mental health and assistance from homeless shelters and I'm on track to get another apartment in downtown San Antonio. I'm thankful they gave me time and helped me get to the emergency room to check myself in. Folks weren't bad per say it was just a rather quiet part of town with some bad actors. Never had any issues with serious theft or damage to personal property and the mail room was properly maintained. That part of town is good for families looking to live a decent life on a budget. Staff were usually friendly as long as you showed respect."
"We moved in back in July. We thought the constant move-in was the air conditioner working. Now, mid-September with the air conditioning? fixed? We are sitting at the same temperature. They brought a window unit for a short-term solution, but still, after repair, we are not cooling. Management had some money last year before COVID to improve the apartments. Never spent. So you would think this year they would get it done. Apparently, the contractor ran off with the money and no updates to cooling systems were made."
"lived here for a year and so far pretty good. i think the old staff have changed because whenever i go to the office they are always there. very quiet neighbors and fantastic location. maintence staff are amazing!!! very friendly atmosphere. the only problem i have is the apartment i have is right next to the daycare and kids are always screaming next door. but there's only a few apartments near the daycare. i would definetly recomend this to family and friends."
