"We have just completed a remodel of of master bathroom which included a new walk in shower, vanity and lighting. Our contact for quoting, scheduling the work and ordering materials was Amy and she was totally awesome! Our plumber was Brett and his work ethic, detail of his work was awesome as well. Our electrical was Brian and he was also awesome in his work ethic, knowledge of electrical, etc. First time experience with Top Notch and it was a tremendous experience. All three mentioned in this review were professional, very experienced and were so fun to talk to. Thanks for a job well done"

"The quality of work is fantastic. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. ***However, the office manager is not professional to a fault. The Office staff clearly lacks customer service, how to talk to people and how to resolve issues. I recommend they take a course on communication and conflict resolution to help. It also took several months for the bill to arrive. The office staff's lack of professionalism is a serious blight on the business. If you spend thousands of dollars and they won't give you pricing up front for another project (in the near future) without charging you for the time to quote it...is asinine. This would have given them another $1000 project for their business. They wanted to charge to come out a 2nd time when they were already on site for the original project and would also be coming back in a few weeks to complete current project. Would it have been that hard to do a quote when coming back out, perhaps build in another few minutes into that appointment? We weren't charged for the first quote on original project, why should we have been for the 2nd?? It was just sort of dysfunctional overall and unnecessary. We even offered to let them have the contact info of the person we would be using, as our project needed two types of technicians so 2 companies needed. Nope, they refused to speak to him. They lost business from us and we will share our experience with the locals. I don't recommend this company if you want more work done in the future - be prepared for them to charge you for their time to come out and give a quote. We ultimately went with another company and they couldn't have been more accommodating, customer service oriented and professional. They had zero issue working with another contractor, didn't charge a penny to do that, talked with him and did an awesome job overall. My recommendation is to use someone else if you have more than one project to do or one that will require more than one type of contractor (a floor tile and carpet installer, construction specialist or an excavator, for example) than one business offers to complete your project. It's a headache no one should have to deal with. Maybe people have bad days but when it's ongoing and your time and money are on the line, it makes for an unpleasant experience with this company overall. The response below by the Office Manager is false. Brian was our tech who is employed at Top Notch. We paid them several thousands of dollars so yes- this is an accurate review. If we need to upload the bill and cross out the name for privacy, we will."

"Their service man came out and checked on the AC. He very quickly gave us a lot of Coolant to keep the system running for another summer. It made a dramatic difference in the air conditioning. We had previously dealt with another company that came out and charged us $75, told us our system was old and left us hanging. We really appreciated the service and hope to use him on our conversion from propane to natural gas."
