"Parking situation is pathetic. Safety measures subpar . Handicap acamodations laughed at ... In the last 16 mos this is what I've observed. Vehicles being impounded and burglarized. If not being totaled out while parked in the streetreresidents falling down due to no safety rails int he shower. And finally a resident passing away simple because no one from the office was willing to do ado a wellness check. Someone should shut this place down."

"Do not move here. Tons of cockroaches. They’ve bombed and sprayed multiple times with no improvement. I’ve tried talking to the manager many times and nothing has changed. This is the result after the second bombing and spray. It does not get better. It has been like this since May!!! Every night there is huge cockroaches outside in the front and I’ve seen the small ones on the walls in the hallways. There is an infestation in this building and they’ve done nothing about it."

"I Love living here! Modern apartments with elevators. Friendly and Professional Management (Tracy) and Excellent Maintenance (Oscar). Riverwalk is one block across the street behind San Antonio Museum of Art. Excellent location downtown San Antonio and good transportation availability. The view and floor you get is luck of the draw. Everyone can't be facing Tower of the Americas. I got lucky! I have an excellent view. Keep checking back with office for availability. It's very well worth it!"
