"I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and must say Armando has always taken care of all my maintenance needs in a professional timely fashion. I believe in this staff & plan on renewing my lease until I can find a house for my Cane Corso. Aside my motorcycle being stolen, from the gates not working, I’d say it’s been a good experience staying here."
"ATTENTION FUTURE RESIDENTS: When you are looking at Park Greene's website, don't let those pictures deceive you. Those pictures are from many years ago. There's currently no green grass and there's nothing but dirt. It's not gated as they claim, the gate has been broken for five years and they'll never fix it. There have been several break ins and damages to cars. There are pot holes all over the property and cracks in the buildings. With the open gate, more crimes are being committed here as such as shooting that they are covering up. The rent is through the roof and it is not worth what we are paying to live here. The pool is filthy and there's so much trash all over the place. Also, there's homeless people sleeping in empty apartments. They break in and stay there. The management nor Roscoe Properties don't do anything about it. If you move here, you'll never have a piece of mind because you are always looking over your shoulder to make sure no one breaks into your car or the homeless follow you around. The only way this will stop is if they fix the gate or someone gets killed in an apartment. Remember, don't let those pictures deceive you. If you don't believe me, pass through here and see for yourself. Don't move here."
"RENTERS BEWARE Can't keep staff to save a life (office or maintenance). No building or structural maintenance has been done on property since it was built. AC units as old as the property and air ducts that haven't been cleaned in just as long. Holes in the molding, cabinets, around doors and windows, and in ceilings allow many pests to enter units. Leaks and water damage go months without attention. Black mold in all the bathrooms upon move in and I've been trying to get rid of it for over a year now which means it's in the walls now. All of this and they have the audacity to increase rent despite the quality of living decreasing. Termites in the trees on the property which could eventually make their way to the buildings. Also never see pest control and I work from home. Pools are rarely cleaned. Car break-ins have been regular and there's been a shooting on property during a domestic dispute. My fridge hasn't had a shelf since move in. No fans or lights in most rooms. Definitely not worth 2,000 a month for a 2 br but they have the audacity to charge that much. I call and leave voice-mail for the property management company and get no response back either. They don't care about you or the property. They just care about raking in money and keeping it to themselves instead of putting it back into the property."
"I live here for almost 2 years. I put in a work order after work order to have the mud removed. They will come maybe once a month to shovel the mud after the rain went away. It was a constant struggle to have to pick up both of my kids, especially with a newborn through the mud. My and spouse contact the leasing office but they keep saying they are going to fix the issue but never did. I call corporate but they contact the leasing office before contacting me. The problem was never fixed due to some contract. I pray no one else has to deal with this issue."
