"If you are local, I’m sure you have no problem. Unfortunately I am not, but fell in love with this shop a couple years ago on a trip to Dubuque. I have been trying to get a response from someone since Wednesday about some items I wanted to order and ship. I messaged on Instagram and got a response that they do shipping, but once I asked about price and how to complete the order, no response again. My last 4 messages have been read but not responded to. Extremely frustrating as I would love to support this small business but they do not seem to care to assist me as a customer. Horrible customer service experience. Which completely bums me out because I love this shop and had such a great experience when I was in store."

"New to the area and the ONLY place we shop for clothes right now.!!! The owner has been there a few times when we went. Super sweet and helpful. They do not pressure sales or push you to buy. They allow you to browse and if you chose not to buy something, bet you will though :), it's okay too. They offer more than just amazing outfits, try adorable hats, winter or in between jackets, beautiful scents through oils, lotions, gorgeous jewelry, and much more.
