"I've been in contact with this complex since the latter part of December. Was looking to move in Jan-Feb time frame. After submitting paperwork and going thru chaos, I was ready to receive my keys and move in tomorrow 26Jan24. Well after receiving multiple emails of being approved to move in and a move in date, even told this morning I was approved.....I was told Today that my application was denied, a day before move in. The only reason I found this out was because I drove up to the office on my lunch break because I hadn't heard anything back since last week. Today was my 4th time having to go in person person to have questions answered. There is piss poor communication and consideration when it comes to other people's time and real situations. The unprofessionalism is beyond me and honestly mind blowing. Thanks to them, I'm officially homeless. Bless you if you go thru with this complex."
