"The apartments are beautiful inside but people above me are soo loud and I have called the office several times to complain and nothing has been done. Cops are constantly here, dumpster areas are disgusting, some of halls smell like pee. Don’t recommend."

"Don't move to the stella, too many shootings, cops here everyday, ghetto people don't care about other peoples stuff. Office won't do nothing even when you show them proof. Too many kids running around hitting peoples cars with the football, soccer ball. Roach problem because people are so damn dirty. They always trash these apartments. I stay home a majority of my time & you want a home where you love where you live & the stella ain't it!"

"If you’re looking for a place to live the Stella isn’t it , I know from experience and mind you I wasn’t a tenant here I heard nothing but bad news don’t get me wrong you’re not always supposed to believe what you hear yet this isn’t the case ITS TRUE. I knew people who lived their. It’s funny when I went to do an application they scammed me not once both twice the first time they offered me an apartment I gave them the money order waited for application to run it’s process but was told I already had the apartment because everything looked correct. got a call and was told well you can’t get it but there’s two options you can stay and move in but if we get audited you have three days the move out but if you take your boyfriend off the lease you and your daughter can move in but you have to make another money order and go through the process again so me believe her I go in and do it all over and once again she tells me no I can’t move in then a month or two go by and I get an email saying I was approved to move in I emailed them back telling them do not contact me I get a calls trying to sweet talk me into doing it once again nope plus theirs always shooting going on over in that area that they some how forget to mention"

"Once you're in, good luck trying to get them to do anything about nosie complaints This place can be cleaner and in better shape if housing wasn't offered at this place like others said. I am not in housing and pay full rent so pretty sure others in my shoes would appreciate it kept from being ruined. Kids do come from other buildings and hang over here which is no problem as they're kids but they leave their trash in the hall. Parents poorly supervise their kids as they play ball banging up cars in the process when there a whole park and field next to us that they can go to avoiding this. As far as my experience living here, I been living here since June and the people above me make noise all day and night until 3 or 4 in the morning during the summer and on weekends. 7 am during school days and as soon as they get home starting at 3:45 (running, stomping, roller skating, and bouncing a ball) which has been brought up in email, in person, and they said they have given courtesy calls. They do not respond to emails! I did talk to someone from that resident twice. I've tried ear plugs and I can still hear them through it. I was advised to start doing police reports, which I did. Management still refuses to do anything about it. I had more peace and quiet at my last place that those apartments are bad. That's the only thing that's having me despise living here and having me regret my move. Before I get a comment by owner saying message management, I've tried that! Went to the extent to contact corporate a few times and the issue has yet to be resolved. I wouldn't recommend moving in here unless you ask for the 4th floor as you don't need to hear all the excessive noise from those above you"

"I moved out a little over a year ago. My apartment was nice, no problem. I guess it was because I was the first person to move into that unit. Staff was friendly. The trash bins did get pretty bad. Trash all over the place most of the time because people didn't want to put trash in the bin. Also, cigarette buds throughout the hallways and elevator. I don't blame management for how the tenants treated the property. The reason I give it 2 stars is because they reported I never paid them my last month. Which I did and provided emails stating that the previous assistant manager received the money and a money order that required signing by management before they could have it handed over. I called several times and told them that I had received several letters that it was going into collections. Management promised they would take care of it. After several attempts trying to clear it up it finally hit my credit score. It went into collections and the agency stated that they contacted apartments but they said that I never paid it when I did. I also don't blame the manager. She was really friendly and 100% believe she tried to help me. I feel that it was the people above her not taking my situation serious."
