"This complex had everything to be a good place, it's very beautiful and pretty new, but unfortunately is difficult to stay there for a long time. In the summer, almost every weekend, people that doens't live in the complex go in the pool, you don't have any privacity and you don't know who is inside the complex, one time I was doing a barbecue in the grill close to the pool and a weird guy jumped the fences doing some threats, children jump in the back gate to go inside, open the pool glass door and stay there as they lived there. Another problem is the attemps of car stealing, almost every week we saw a car window broken and police was doing the reports in the morning, so if you have KIA or Hyundai, I advise you to don't move there anyway because you can have problems. It's just see review from other people. They say that is safe because the Army is close and is nothing safe... I lived there around 1 year and the main gate was broken more than 8 months. So anyone could access the complex. The support from the office is complicated, when I left they told me I would need to replace the carpet because my pet had messed up and I agree, but before pay anything I just requested a proof that they replaced the carpet, they never sent to me, or no, they sent me an invoice regarding the replacemente was done before I moved in... and also threated me that if I didn't pay the carpet I would have problems with scores and would sue me. So the only way was to pay more than 500 dollars to leave this place without problem with my name. There is anything close and it's a area with many robberies... So, be aware before you move there!"

"If you care about your safety and your family’s safety! DO NOT MOVE HERE! -Shootings Someone emptied an entire clip right outside the apartment and no one came to see what was wrong. -Car break ins. I moved here because it seemed like a nice and safe community. I am not a confrontational person so when I say I am not satisfied with what I am paying for I mean it. If you don’t want your car broken into please don’t move here. My husband and I have lived here for a month. A MONTH. And our car was broken into and attempted to be stolen. I called the office about the safety concerns and no one can tell us when the gates will be fixed. That it’s not their fault. And waiting on an investigation to be completed. But also waiting on the vendors. And the gates are simply “limited” access to the complex. And that “crime has no address”. They “do not provide safety here”. The gate that showed in the picture is not a limited access gate it doesn’t open or close. And when I mentioned it as a safety concern they said that’s why you have “renters insurance and car insurance.” And suggested to husband that well “just get a steering wheel lock.”"

"I Can Say Im Very Happy Living Here. I Had A Tour With Lexi She Was Very Pleasant, Professional Beautiful Apartment And Decided To Apply My Moving Process Was Super Easy And Fast. The Pool And The Beautiful Lake View Is Amazing. Maintenance People Are So Quick To Fix Your Issue. I have No Complaints Here So Peaceful All Around It. Thank You For Everything."

"Everything was fine until time to move out. It has been impossible to contact anyone at the front office to move out. It took 2 weeks and a follow up email to get a response to know what we needed to do for moving out. Reached out again the week of move out to schedule a walk through. We never got a response in time to do a walk through before we had to leave. I sent an email notifying where we left the keys and again got no response. The phone service walk through is impossible to navigate to get to the front desk. Nor do I receive call backs whenever I manage to get to a voicemail. Now we are getting charge a full months rent even though our lease is up halfway through the month. I wonder how long it will take to get a call or email back this time. Only giving 2 stars because the actual apartment and maintenance staff were wonderful."
