The Grove at Rampart Apartments

"Terrible horrible place to live. Infested with roaches and drain flies. Most of our furniture was unsalvageable due to roach infestation in our entire building.and we kept our apartment very clean. They try to cover up the issues instead of dealing with it and containing it. They slap a coat of paint on and call it a day. It’s so disgusting. Finally was able to move out because our lease ended and when we went to collect $100 from x2 gate keys we were forced to buy at $50 a piece we were scammed with charges and they kept the deposit and our key deposit (over $600) even though we had all the keys. Both gate buttons and cleared our apartment out completely. SCAMMERS AND SLUM LORDS I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVE HERE. ITS NOT FIT FOR ANIMALS LET ALONE HUMANS"

"Been living here for two years and have no complaints. The manager Anna is very attentive to your needs and is very prompt at addressing any issues or concerns you may have. Summer time is the best time with the swimming pool. The swimming pool will be getting a make over with the pool being extended and Bar-B-Que stations and tables will be added for our leisure. The renovations will be done in time for the up coming swim season. Can't wait."

"First off I don’t know what’s worse the people who live here or Don’t LIVE HERE this place is constantly filled with people who play loud music get into fights with each other! and do drugs SAD honestly. There is constantly people outside of the apartments who stay in their car and not even in a unit The gates constantly break all the time . My units ac was out for 6 months it was so hot at one point it felt like it was just blowing the hot air from outside in and never got fixed until we kept calling and calling and Anna at the front desk stated that “They already checked it and it was basically our fault because we were turning the ac off when we left “ which made no sense why would we keep an ac running when it’s not even working ! She rather go back and forth with someone who pays rent on time than send the maintenance out ! SMART CHOICE ! Maintenance finally made it to the unit and stated that the compressor was out which we already figured out ourselves !! This apartment complex is just bad overall do not move here !!!!! Almost forgot ,they found a dead body on the side of these apartments!"

"Great community to live in. Many improvements to the property since new management took over last year. New exterior paint, new laundry room, fixed the gate."

"I don't have any issues against my particular unity.. At large... The apartment complex is old. So, it's quite common to find issues with the water draining, the lights needing to be replaced. The prior manager of the apartments did address our concerns per work orders, but could have put more thought and effort in how he got the problem done. Towards the back of the apartments, you will find the types of neighbours who like to sit and drink, while blasting their music. It's fine if you can tune that out, but more often, it's a huge disturbance. The ground is littered with cigarette butts, people treating the ground like it's their front yard, and leaving chicken legs, plus more for my dogs to find. There is a particular neighbour who would let his dog roam around freely, completely ignoring the "dogs must be on a leash" rules. As I've found, this previous manager was relaxed about many rules.. Often people who own dogs, don't take the time to clean up after them. Some neighbours are too nosy for their own good. The price of rent is nice."
