SYNC at Nobu Station

"Severely overpriced. I was here for a little over a year and the rent is constantly being increased. The location is nice, that's probably the only positive. Jessica in the office was very helpful whenever I spoke with her. Dog park is disgusting, a lot of owners don't pick up after their pets. There's also no shade, and it's right next to the trashcans that are constantly over flowing. They do offer valet trash service, however, they are very picky as to what they will collect. They will try to charge you fines if you are putting your trash out incorrectly, or not using the proper trash bin. Gates are constantly not working. Pool closes fairly often. The maintenance team takes forever to respond to work orders. You can expect to wait about a week, if you're lucky, if you're having any issues. Yet, they advertise that they offer "luxury" living. I don't recommend living here. For the price you are going to pay, I'm sure you can find a nicer complex with better amenities. I think they're also offering current residents a discount for positive reviews. I've noticed a ton of them within the past couple of days. But hey! At least they have food trucks!"

"Love the location and the complex layout. Great floor plans and great pricing compared to other local complexes. Coleen and her staff have been so amazing. Leasing the apartment was effortless, and her team helped relieve so much stress on my end. Great staff. Great property. And FOOD TRUCKS!"

"Jessica has been more than helpful during our time here! Everyone in the front office is very professional and courteous, always responding to our emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Whenever an outside vendor needs to make repairs inside our unit, they always work with my wife (who works from home) to accommodate her schedule. Location and the surrounding area has everything we need, and the monthly food trucks/community events are a great plus."

"I recently had the pleasure of living at the Sync at Nobu station in San Antonio, Texas, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel right at home with their friendliness and professionalism. They were incredibly accommodating to any requests I had, and their communication skills, especially Coleen's, were exceptional. One thing that sets this complex apart is its dedication to building a strong community. With monthly events and great food trucks consistently available, they really go above and beyond to foster a sense of belonging among tenants. It's rare to find a place that cares so much about its residents' well-being. I can confidently say that the Sync at Nobu station will be the last apartment complex I stay in until I'm able to purchase a house. It's been an absolute pleasure living here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience in San Antonio. Five stars all around!"

"Very disappointed with my REGISTERED/DOCUMENTED Emotional Support Animal accruing a pet treatment fee despite my meticulous cleaning during my stay on property. Throughout renewals I made sure to notify the lease office staff on multiple occasions about the VERY poor sanitation of the dog feces throughout the property & animal areas; so much so that I implement a paw wiping process upon entry into the unit because the grounds were so poorly kept despite my notifications. For that inconvenience, I do think this pet treatment fee could have been waived. Oh & don't bother requesting staff be present at your final walk through as I did for personal reassurance & no capable staff was present due to an oversight. ANY pet owners/ potential renters just be aware of the landmines of feces you'll encounter. Dogs off leash. Last-minute lease office/ pool closures SPEEDING CARS, constant broken gates, overflowing trash throughout property. Trash in breezeway."
