"The staff is very friendly. There was less than a 5 minute wait. In the waiting room, they have comfortable couches and kid friendly cartoons on the tv. They have a shelf of many resources and brochures for clients when they are leaving. I highly recommend this establishment."

"I came into the office and was greeted by such an amazing front office receptionist. She checked me in right away and helped me complete a few forms I was not understanding. Once in the back office, the medical assistant quickly took my childs vitals and got us through the evaluation within 25 minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I have referred this practice to several parents and will be returning with my other children soon. Happy Mom!!!"

"The staff is incredibly welcoming, polite and nice. The appointment started well and the doctor was thorough which I appreciated. However, the doctor closed the appointment by saying “Your kid really needs a trip to a barbershop” and when I mentioned we like his hair long and so does him, he proceeded to say “well you are the mom so you are in control.” I’m usually ok with advice but I did not appreciate the judmental comments, especially in front of my kids. He quickly noticed I was less than amused so he mentioned he needed a hair cut because hair in his face could damage his eyes (ummm ok!) I wish I would have said my peace right then and there but again, my children were present. Great office overall but next time I might request a different doctor."

"This was my first time at this office and it was super fast. All the staff was friendly and understanding with my son who didn’t want to take the flu test. We were in and out within an hour with his test results and prescription. This was definitely an office I would consider going back to!"

"We've been going to Through the Years Pediatrics well before it was bought out by this national chain. Took our first child to see Dr. McCray in 2007. Loved it! Not so much since they've been bought out. Doctors and nurses ok. Wait time on the phone is significantly longer than before. My biggest complaint is the terrible office staff, especially the ones that answer the phone. They can be down right rude at times. They need better training and manners."
