"Worst place to stay..paid $500 for two weeks didn’t stay one night & my money wasn’t returned..the fat white lazy so called manager and her two kids came beating on my son after having a family argument this ghetto manager came scratching my son all over his body and hitting him with her fists along with her son and daughter who are about 13/14 yrs old also hitting on my son..and refused to return my $500..I have never in my life encountered such unprofessional behavior..this lazy needs to be fired snd off the premises permanently..Specials for a reason another thing they all know each other..for those who don’t believe a word on this review .take it upon yourself and go with the specials and notice upon walking into your room many of them will come out to see what you’re driving what you’re bringing into your room possibly to rob you..they lie about security there’s no security onsite..neighbors black man at front desk all claim to have been a correctional officers..hmm..if you ask me..then a neighbor while management hit on my son took both my daughters into her room without my knowledge..I tried getting them out of her room and refused to let my daughters out..after claiming she too was a correctional officer..also very dangerous back dark street where many homeless dangerous looking people roam around..READ THIS WARNING FOR YOUR SAFETY!!!"

"I was stayed at this place for over a year the room they give me was terrible and each time i told the office about the mood in the room they told me they couldnt do anything about it when we first moved in the room was dirty n the refrigerator has died roaches this place is terrible especially the manager dont care whats wrong with the place constantly i would tell them about all the mood n rusted table n the room smelled like mood and all they will say is they couldnt do anything about it i would be paying $320 weekly and for what"

"I stayed here for a little over a year . At first things were ok. There was a small bug infestation and my room didn't have a working fridge but at that point in my life I was willing to overlook that because I was in a situation where I had to move quickly. My problems with this place are centered around one person James Ortiz, the manager. He would constantly give me an attitude even if I was nice to him. Maybe he thinks his cranky gay guy gimmick is funny but it's not funny when you're on this end of it. My last week there he came knocking on my door and decided to sit there and argue with me rather than working out a lower rate or some other kind of deal. I've never had a problem paying the rent at this place but things were tough back then. I'd still be there if it wasn't for that pile of trash. I've wasted so much money on their over priced rent. Not to mention all the money I've lost on spoiled food and a damaged PS4 because of their roach infestation. That's why businesses say "the customer's always right" to prevent unnecessary arguments."

"You’re paying for what you get yes they have a roach problem but it’s honestly not that bad. If you ask them to spray or send pest control out they will and they also give you sticky traps for in the meantime it’s a good biweekly rate and the longer you stay the more you’re rent goes down also it is only a $17 pet deposit. We paid under $50 for both of my dogs and the pool is actually pretty nice The staff are also really nice. And the washer and dryers are a good price. They even have a security guard at night just to make everybody feel a little bit more comfortable. They also provide Wi-Fi. I mean sure there are a few things that aren’t perfect like they don’t provide toilet paper sheets or blankets but if you just need somewhere to stay for a little bit while you get comfortable and figure things out I’d say this place is perfect"
