"Only 5 other tables at 11:45. Buffet starts at 11:30. No pizzas available. They said that they were doing the best they could to keep up. Expensive. Bathroom was nasty. Poop on the seat in the ladies room. Had to use men's room. Will NEVER go back. Pizza crust was good. Salad bar extremely mediocre."

"Food great as always. New games since last time we were here. The service at this location is some of the best of all time. We vacation in Galena about 6 weekends a year and each time the staff recognizes and welcomes us back. Special shout out to the AMAZING manager Miss Jay as she tells the kids to call her. We have 4 children under the age of 8 and she is beyond welcoming. So many times you take your children out to eat and the staff treats them like 2nd class, or annoying before they even sit down. Not Miss Jay and NOT Galena Happy Joe’s. The team takes the time to treat children with respect, talk directly to them and not over them. Well done Miss Jay and staff and THANK YOU to the ownership team for keeping this place going and hiring the best of the best!"

"Walked over from the hotel about 6p. They had maybe 10 ppl in there. I ordered a lg chicken wing pizza and an ice sundae. I got the sundae at 10 after 6. And then a party of 10 came in and ordered 2 large pizzas and got them well before I got my pizza. When I got it at like 6 40p, it was cold. I heard the staff yell at someone saying they were short staffed with 4 people. But you had a total of maybe 20ppl in the whole place. Doubt I'll be back."

"This is a casual restaurant where you place your order at the counter and grab your own plates, utensils, and drinks. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we needed things. This is a nice place for a kids birthday party because it is casual, they have food kids like, and there are also games to play. Neither my husband or I liked the taste of the pizza (we prefer Casey's), but my family members like it a lot. It's nice that they have a white sauce for pizzas."

"I was surprised to see Cauliflower crust Pizza in the menu and it was delicious. Staff is friendly, place is clean. There is an oil painting of the 18th President of the US, Ulisses Grant and a note explaining how they got possession of it. Very interesting story and the painting is impressive."
