"horrible! this place didnt care about my daughter. she was referred to see a hemo oncologist here and was supposed to see doctor Allison Grimes almost 3 months ago and have been getting the run around. no one ever called me ive been calling them for FOREVER...left messages and nothing then i finally call a diff number i have no idea where it led me but when i complaint to them they finally got me an appointment.. then i ask for the address and she says shes has no idea that shes the 'infusionist' that she would have jay call me back ..guess what he never did..i had to call a downtown location and they gladly looked it up for me then gave me the address but also told me my apt time changed!! of course i didnt know that because they dont call me back..then as im on my way i get a call that if im making it to my apt because it was a few minutes ago.. i was like ???? turns out my apt time changed again!!!.it breaks my heart that no one here cared to see my daughter..she is sick and due to her blood results she needed to see this doctor ...now i have to find another doctor..but its ok i know god will find me another doctor/clinic who will care about her..."

"The staff and medical team here are miracle workers. Dr. Lipsitt and Dr. Assanasen are amazing. My child has been suffering with a rare undiagnosed conditions that took away here childhood. No one could tell us what was wrong or if she was in danger of dying. Two visits and several tests later and they were on the trail to answers. A month later, now we have a diagnosis, answers, and medications to help control the disorder. My daughter calls Dr. Assanasen (Dr. Awesome Awesome), for me the name fits. University Hospital staff, nurses, and social workers made our stay as nice as possible. Eventhough it was a grueling stay, we were well cared for, and I felt like every person there wanted to help my child."
