"Living here was complete hell. ROSE & GLORIA and everybody in that office thinks their a god and will try to intimidate you if you are even a day late on your rent. harassment at it’s finest but won’t fix nothing and will blame you for the rat colonies they have there. The best part is they will charge you outrageous charges once you leave ! Be prepared for ugly half cleaned apartments moving in and every plug painted over 100 plus times."

"Rat infestation and a very big lack to fix what needs to be fix. Very difficult place just to get the proper living enviorment. Can hear rats in walls also witness Alive rat in oven."

"Been here for 3 years. Every time we get cold air it blows out my water heaters and management refuses to fix it. So there I am on the floor trying to get my water heater going because without it I’m out of hot water for days. They never fix anything. My front door lock has been broke for 3+ months and no one came after I constantly called. My toilet had been broken for over 6m and no one came after numerous tries. Honestly deserves less then 1 star"
