"Do not move to these apartments!! Beth the manager removed my previous review. Don’t fix anything, I had to call cops on downstairs neighbors 5 plus times. I moved out because she didn’t want to provide another apt after I already agreed to the $500 fee. She tried using verbiage as if we never paid which isn’t true. We stopped paying when my thermostat stayed broken for months, loud noisy neighbors, and rude management. All she cares about is money and her job, not the tenants or taking our money. If this review gets removed again, it’s their office. Save yourself a broken lease, eviction etc and don’t bother wasting your time, go somewhere they take care of the tenants and their property. Not even a week after I moved she already has someone else in my old apt."

"Called for information and the person who answered phone rude as hell...I wasn't even done speaking to them and she hung up...I truly do not understand how some companies operate with VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...I'm in the same industry and I know tenants are hard to deal with but that's no way to treat people especially if we are not being rude, yelling or telling them anything wrong but asking questions. Management Team or Owners truly need to teach their team how to speak to people and give respect."
