"Worst place to live at , management is rude and ugly towards people and also they have their residents that live there film you whenever they think your doing something wrong when your not , I didn’t know throwing trash and bulk items was a crime. Also they stole 200 dollars from us that we were supposed to get back. They said they couldn’t write a check for that much to give us back. They wanted us to give our own money to my mother to pay her back. Also they talk ugly to you and down on you with no respect or manners. I hope no one else has to go through this experience as me and my family did. Also the rudest one there is the lady Cecelia or whatever her name is I’m so glad I got outta there."

"I just moved out , and I’ll tell everybody do not move here it’s horrible and I had a 3 bed and they are so small like to the point where you feel smashed. And they’re way over priced and not even nice looking inside the apartment don’t let the outside fool you. And the management is horrible. The main manager she is not willing to work with you on anything just a mean person. She should not be the manager. Her name is Cecilia she just horrible I give her a 1 star just for yourself I had problems when I was living there and she never wanted to deal with them . She always says out of her hands. End of story people don’t waste your money go somewhere else. So glad I’m out of there."

"We love it here! When applying the staff was very thorough with us and explained everything. I would ignore the reviews that say that the management is bad, because they aren’t. They aren’t rude at all and super nice. They also do pick up the phones because they answer every time I call. Also the maintance guys are awesome! I’ve had no issues with them completing work orders. It’s a pretty quiet complex and super family friendly which we love. The dumpster areas always get cleaned which is super nice! Also we love the security who patrols our complex."

"I was very excited about these apartments. The units are really nice and the assistant was very nice to me. I submitted paystubs and verified my income an entire week before actually going in and my rate was confirmed. Day of application (rate confirmed again) the actual manager was being very picky trying to find multiple reason as to why I wouldn’t get approved. Even told me I wasted her assistance time and had her missed a lunch even though they scheduled my appointment for that time. I did not go to the bank to get the money orders until everything was checked off and good to go. I work full time and have a 2 year old. I don’t have time to waste. Couple hours later she calls to say they missed calculated my income which I submitted AN ENTIRE WEEK PRIOR. And would have to increase my rent by $400!!!! Makes no sense and there was no explanation as to how they came to the total. They increased my annual income by $10,000 which is not accurate at all and they wouldn’t provide an explanation. I’ve been in customer service/management for 8 years and it was very unprofessional and came of as if she was trying to find any reason to deny me. It was a very unfortunate experience considering I’m on a strict timeline to find a place."
