I'm very picky where I stay and so far...this place is great office staff very professional and helpful stay on top of things apartments are great NEED A PLACE come here it's pretty safe and very quiet and residents are polite"

Also Vivian is the main one who has been helping me & I really appreciate her. I'm not easy to handle & she has been so patient with me. I'm signing a 12 month lease...so I'll be back with another review."

"the amount of times I have written reviews I can count on my hand, and the negative experience I had with the leasing agent was pretty lack luster. She was incredibly short, and very quick to brush off all of my questions. Also when asked about the other post of maintenance breaking in and stealing another tenants items and forcefully evicting their home (claiming they "abandoned the unit") I was informed they could no talk about it. This is fine, but when asked if any new security measures were implemented she responded with "I can't answer that either". So safe to say I will not be submitting an application"

"If I could I would give no stars. First thing is the person K. Evans and Dayton Krause are employees or friends of the people that work here. I have living at this property since Aug 2020 and it has been issue after issue since day one. They have change stuff and managers at least 4 times and you get tired of hearing the same BS, give me a chance to change things around or give me 90 days to change your mind. The current manager stated that the maintenance will be there on that day to fix issues or at least by the next business day but that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I pay $1200 a month for this pit. The leasing agent that I worked with I called the "closer", he was the one they used to get people to move in and push for urgency to sign lease. Do not believe the pictures you see on Rent.com or other advertisement because it is a lie! They throw on a thick coat of paint and caulk things and say here you go for $975-1200 a month. Trash is picked up once every 4 days at least and exposed wires and holes in walls. Foundation issues that is so bad since it rains so much. They wanting their rent on time but can not fix issues.
