"This is by far the worst place to live...if you have drama with a neighbor your on your own.....work orders never get completed.......the foundation is infested with roaches..... staff can be rude.....case management sucks...."

"I've been waiting for 4 months for a 3 bedroom they're saying maintenance has not called them yet to let them know if the apartment is ready. I asked will me and my children move in next year receptionist said oh no it will be before 2020. Fore their sake I bet not have no bugs cracks leaks nothing wrong after waiting this long for maintenance."

"If I could leave negative reviews I would! Spoke with a woman named Sheila who was just flat out rude!!! The receptionist that answered the phone was very nice and let's you speak, the other lady Sheila is just flat out rude and talks over you. I can't believe that SAHA has someone so unprofessional working for them. I'm surprised the state has not been contacted in regards to her unprofessionalism. The houses are falling apart yet she is harassing elderly sick people."

"My unit is very nice, maintenance is quick to resolve issues, pest control was out promptly when I noticed sugar ants. I keep my place immaculately clean, but the neighbors filthiness attributes to issues that affect my place. Staff is nice. The only downside to living here is the loud, obnoxious, dirty ass neighbors who have no consideration for others. Also, people here seem to think the property is a dumpster, because it's impossible for them to throw away trash. The place is constantly littered with empty cups, bottles, Cheeto wrappers, and other hood rat snack wrappers. Also, hood rats throw their babies diapers (fully loaded) on the ground face up and open. Quirks of living in housing, I suppose. Temporary housing for us."
