"I would give 0 stars if I could. I was a tenant here for 2 years and lived in 2 different apartments. I had problems with ants and roaches in both. Even after having pest control treat for them. I lived on the third floor first, with no washer and dryer. I constantly had clothes get stolen at the laundry centers. The third floor apartment wasn’t nearly as bad as the first floor though. My AC leaked puddles on to my floor for 6 months. I had maintenance come to fix it 4 different times and one told me I needed a new AC unit but that management is cheap and he would have to convince them. After this, nothing was ever done. I had 2 trash bins for the water in the closet and it was leaking so bad I would have to dump them out daily. Showed a picture of the full buckets and explained to front office my situation and was met with “oh that’s an emergency have you put in a maintenance request for it?”. Still nothing was done. Then my bathtub started shocking me. I had maintenance come out to look at it, they couldn’t fix it and I was told “well it’s not bad enough to hurt you seriously”. I had my car broken into, and 2 different attempts to break into my apartment. One was a seriously drunk lady who almost banged my door off the hinges and I had to call the cops. This isn’t surprising though considering the gates are always broken and left open for anyone to walk in. The last straw was when they wanted to do renovations and told me I had to pack up all my things 2 months before my lease was to be up and I would be moving out. I decided to leave early but agreed to pay remaining rent/electricity and water fees along with a reletting fee for a new tenant. I get a bill in the mail for $5000 dollars because they decided to claw back the specials on rent, even though I left only 2 months early."

"If you’re thinking about moving here do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Seriously, I’ve been here for years and have seen first hand how it’s changed for the worse. The gates hardly ever work, the gym is an afterthought to them making it unusable, and the complex seems less safe than ever."

"Neighbor’s motorcycle got stolen on 12/27/23. Men in a white pick with a trailer and another man in a motorcycle loaded up the stolen black Kawasaki ninja. Black/grey/red. Another neighbor’s video shows the robbers took their time from 10am to 1pm in getting it ready and loading it up. Administration is uncooperative and doesn’t want to review security video. They say their cameras only point at the office. But there are several around the inside premise. They are protecting the robbers. Why? Are they afraid the robbers are their own staff? The front gate has been open for about a month now. Security is a joke. How convenient that the gate doesn’t close specifically around Christmas time. They keep all theft and robberies hushed. Theory circulating include that the staff in maintenance and/or people coming in to do contract work are involved. The white pick up in the pic is the one used by the robbers."

"I have lived here since 2008. Since the beginning, the management and staff are always friendly. After many years,with no warning,management changed, over night!! Another manager came for couple years,then another,and maybe another one... I will always remember saying to Melissa, while meeting her for the first time,I hope you will stay!!!!!! and 2024 approaching, you're still here!! Thank you, for efficiently answering all maintenance calls,concern, and repairs."
