"If you want to fight for your refund on your deposit back, definitely choose this place. They’ll make you wait 30 days then still not send you your money. Update: they responded to my review telling me to call a number I LITERALLY called yesterday. And everyday the past week. And I was told “they’d call me back.” And I still haven’t received anything in the mail, or any kind of phone call. This apartment is a scam Update: They sent it to the wrong place. And then lost it in the fedex mail. Not a single person at this office knows what they are doing."

"(Review keeps getting deleted, I’m going to keep reposting) My partner and I lived here for a year. We should’ve left the moment we were shown the unit. DEAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE! We looked past the issue since we were assured it wouldn’t be a problem once we moved in. It was FILTHY! Not cleaned properly. We dealt with roaches the whole time we lived there!!!! Thin walls, kids running up and down the halls, office never answered phone, rude management, dog poop scattered in the grass areas, jacked up gates, sketchy people in the area coming to our door late at night. MOLD found and CONSTANT leaking in AC Unit. Had to call and email constantly to get this issue resolved. We were COMPLETELY IGNORED. They deleted all of our past maintenance orders from our account also. Trying to cover up their tracks. They have the nerve to raise rent prices and not give us our full deposit after moving out! Terrible property. STAY AWAY!"

"I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the management in this apartment complex, and I must say it has been nothing short of frustrating. Communication is virtually nonexistent, and when you do manage to get in touch with them, it feels like you're talking to a brick wall. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and basic amenities promised during the lease signing are consistently underwhelming."

"DON’T MOVE IN THERE!!!! You will be paying for expensive “San Antonio Housing” type of living. No matter what apartment you get, you have people using drugs. The MAINTENANCE, takes forever to get things repaired, and if you call that repairing. We lived with MOLD, and all we where told to do is add bleach, which I had to clean up myself. I had made a work order for a water leak, that wasn’t taken care off, well one morning my daughter woke up with her mattress soak in water and what did they do just clean the carpet and left it all like that. The picture with the bucket, instead of replacing the part, he just left it on there. The parking is the worst, once there’s an event downtown, those people take your parking, and you have to find one for yourself. The apartments on the inside are very old and falling apart. LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES I HAVE POSTED AS PROOF!"

"I have lived here for a year. Nice apartments and convenient since it’s close to downtown. The staff was always friendly when we had any issues with the apartment. I think the only downside is that the gated parking is always broken and they have not made the effort to even do anything about it. I got my car broken into once. During our stay our mailboxes were broken into but luckily they fixed that issue so it didn’t happen again. They have cameras that are useless that don’t work. I really wish they did things that would make our community more safer and secured. Especially during big events random people will park in our community taking up all the parking spots and that’s when peoples cars get broken into cause they don’t reinforce who parks in our reserved resident parking spots. But other then that i has a good stay."
