Siesta Gardens Apartments

"Went to see the place and was informed that as long as I stay away from the “coons” and “porch monkeys” I’d be fine. I’ve never heard those words spoken out loud in the north, ever. I was disgusted. Never mind that the place is a dump. Crack houses look better than this place."

"I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and everything is great, prices are affordable and the apartments have enough space. The only problem is the laundry room, one of the washers doesn’t work properly and the dryers don’t dry enough. Seems like they came and fixed them but they still do not work properly."

"Decent apartments for a 2nd chance apartment complex. Apartments are pretty big too compared to most newer places. There is little to no parking though."

"Not a bad place to live but be aware that the listed "amenities" are misleading. Yes there is a laundry room on site, however, for over 2 years it has either been barely functional, or completely non functional. Currently no working dryers despite 4 newly purchased. Only 1 washer that will no longer spin rinse leaving your clothes soaking wet. Parking is NOT assigned and you will have a difficult time finding a covered spot depending on your building. Anyone parks anywhere whether they are a resident. ZERO towing enforced. Lastly there is NOT a property manager on site. Never has been. The only plus is that they contract with an amazing maintenance company that is very responsive if something is needed inside your unit. Other than that it is a free for all with people living in units that are not on leases. If you can put up with using a laundromat, dirty entry hallways, than this place is something to consider. I will gladly amend any portion of this review should any of the mentioned items be remedied. All statements I've made are factual."
