Very recently I spent a week in the hospital with pneumonia and this fine team has gone out of their way to make my temporary transition dealing with oxygen tanks as easy as possible. This being my third year at Summit, it's finally beginning to feel like a community"

"Great experience so far with this apartment. I have lived here for 2 years now and the new management is amazing! Recently I needed some maintenance work done and once I submitted my work order ,the maintenance guys came less than 24 hrs to get it taken care of. This new management team actually cares about the tenants. Noe Pena is my guy to go to. He is always there to assist anytime I’m in need of assistance. He stays on top of everything till it gets done and I can’t be more satisfied with his work ethic and professionalism"
