"Okay am start of by saying i usually dont do reviews but i have to on this Apartment complex. I lived at this complex for 7 yrs from Jan 2017 to Feb 2024. Lets me mentioned the goods..after i transitioned from the Army i rented here. It is located at decent areas closer to many amneties and the airport. At the same from 2017 to 2019 the previous owener were very involved and it was a livable place thats as as the good qualities goes. Starting in the mifdle of 2019 till i moved out there has been multitudr of owner changes..but i will speak of the current owner starting at front office. The workers are the front office are most disgusting, attitude infused humans i have come across. The apartment complex has a dog cage. So much dog poops, poor response to maitance request. They increase prices randomly on the ever deterioting complex. The place is infected with molds, rats and cockroaches. The rate of mischieves out act like stealing is rampant. The tires on my car was stolen at this complex, several other peoples car has been stolen at this complex. Management is bunch of crooks , no cameras , they are not helpful...they are rude and dishonest their is so much i can speak of this place. But here is my advice dont let the location of the place fool. Find u an apartment that you will safe . HILLCREASTE STAY AWAY FROM IT AS Far as you can!!!"

"Nicholas from maintenance team repaired my broken heater in no time! If you’re thinking about moving here to Hillcreste Apts, look no further. It’s a great place to live. Friendly, responsive office staff and super efficient maintenance team. I’ve lived here a total of 5 years."

"I have been very very patient but my patience has run out!!! When they had painters paint our doors they got paint everywhere even on my car, it was black paint, I never reported it, they are super loud with doing things super early in the morning, blowing leafs and waking ppl up. Parking is the worst, maintenance is not good. My rent was raised 300 dollars and it's not worth it!!!! I'm fed up and tired, but I'm still being very respectful !!!! The only good thing I can say is new management is nice, friendly and they try to be helpful but everything else is horrible, they still have these caution signs since last year right in front of my apartment!!!!! I'm sick of seeing it every time I come out of my foor"

"I’ll preface by saving the ownership changed in the middle of summer. I moved in May and saw the last of the old company and the new. It’s a pretty looking complex in a good area with plenty amenities. But I wouldn’t say the units are fairly priced for the condition. Work orders aren’t addressed, I’m writing this on sept 14 and you can see a screenshot of work orders still open since august ninth. One of these orders includes way of entry into my apartment, and another has been aging since I moved. To be fair and owners are transitioning and I’m hoping this is temporary. But it is disheartening to see the efforts put into exterior renovations, while allowing their tenants live through infestations, and faulty units. Some improvements are the pool and parking areas so there’s that, hopefully there is a positive update in the near months."

"Front desk is very nice and the ladies always tried their best in solving problems. I wish I could give them a better rating based on just that but.. There are units with German roach infestation. It’s so bad that pest control won’t help. We even tried our own pest control and other remedies with no success. Everyone in that building was having the same problem. The roaches wouldn’t even hide when the lights came on anymore and at some point they started crawling into bed with you. I spoke with another tenant in a different unit and he mentioned they didn’t have a roach problem but a horrible ant infestation. No food could be left out. Emergency maintenance is non existent. They are in constant shortage of man power. The gates are a hassle and a fire hazard. At some point you couldn’t exit without punching in a code and most of the time you are stuck because the gates aren’t working. The office is closed on the weekends. The gym has lousy faulty equipment and it’s usually locked. The complex is old and falling apart. And not well cared for and it’s dirty and embarrassing to have people over. The parking is horrible. Good luck getting your door banged as the parking is narrow and the poles are too close to get in and out of your car. Everyone of my neighbors was moving out because of the roach problem. Most people rent this place out as a stepping stone to their next home. Just thought I’d leave an honest review"
