"I just moved into the Lila, the staff had so much patience with me and worked with me to get everything I needed done ( this is my first non student apartment ). Upon move in I got locked out of my U-Haul with all my belongings in the truck. Jacob helped me through the entire process of finding someone to unlock the truck so I could return it. He even lent me some of his own money to go get the equipment I needed to try and open the door myself!! (My wallet & phone were locked in the U-Haul). I am so believably thankful to have found a community that truly cares for their residents!"

"My apartment still has the same appliances from the 80's. The last time I asked, they will not re-model my apartment, nor will they let me buy a new one without going through the whole process again. The maintenance team loves to leave the door unlocked while I sleep during the day. I put in a trouble ticket to get my AC fixed and the guy left my door unlocked knowing I'm asleep in here, and when I told the assistant manager that it is 95 degrees in here, she asked, "do you have a mobile AC?" You mean to tell me you don't know??"

"I only lived here for about 6 months. But never have I ever met a more , genuine, respectful and nice apartment management team. If you have a problem they will make it a priority to fix it, even with all the renovations going on! With these amazing upgrades inside and out, i have no complaints!
