The Lila at Oakgate

"Thanks to the maintenance men!! They have gone above and beyond to make sure our parking lots are bright and it makes me feel safer walking from my car to my apartment. And the front office for helping me resolve an issue that came up."

"I just moved into the Lila, the staff had so much patience with me and worked with me to get everything I needed done ( this is my first non student apartment ). Upon move in I got locked out of my U-Haul with all my belongings in the truck. Jacob helped me through the entire process of finding someone to unlock the truck so I could return it. He even lent me some of his own money to go get the equipment I needed to try and open the door myself!! (My wallet & phone were locked in the U-Haul). I am so believably thankful to have found a community that truly cares for their residents!"

"My apartment still has the same appliances from the 80's. The last time I asked, they will not re-model my apartment, nor will they let me buy a new one without going through the whole process again. The maintenance team loves to leave the door unlocked while I sleep during the day. I put in a trouble ticket to get my AC fixed and the guy left my door unlocked knowing I'm asleep in here, and when I told the assistant manager that it is 95 degrees in here, she asked, "do you have a mobile AC?" You mean to tell me you don't know??"

"I only lived here for about 6 months. But never have I ever met a more , genuine, respectful and nice apartment management team. If you have a problem they will make it a priority to fix it, even with all the renovations going on! With these amazing upgrades inside and out, i have no complaints! I love the new modern interior!Keep up the good work Lila team!"
