Tin Top Flats at The Creamery

"First off, the property is beautiful and offers a multitude of amenities. During my walk-through, I met some tenants who genuinely seemed happy at the Tin Top. Now, for my experience: I stopped by the leasing office late Thursday afternoon and spoke with Camila, who was very friendly and professional during our first interaction so I decided to schedule a walk-through with her on Monday at 10am. When I arrived for my appointment on Monday, I was greeted and informed that Camila, the assistant manager, doesn't do walk-throughs. This raised a red flag, as it showed a lack of concern for my time and made me feel like just a number. However, I decided to look past it and continue in good faith to see the property. I was then passed off to Alcestis, who showed me the property and answered my questions. I was pleased with the experience, but the guidance she provided turned out to be inaccurate. She also told me she would follow up the next day, but never did. Despite these initial issues, I decided to put in an application, which cost $200 (non-refundable:). However, once I applied, it became clear that the information I had been given was not correct, and I would have to jump through additional hoops if I wanted to join the community at the Creamery. In summary, I felt passed around, misguided, and not valued as a potential future tenant. No one took the lead and really owned it. That being said, it might still be a good fit for you, just proceed with caution."

"Rene, the leasing and marketing agent at Tintop is outstanding! His tour is very thorough from start to finish. He knows the property through and through! He took his time very detailed, and he helped us find a beautiful apartment home after a very long weekend of trying to find the right place to live! I highly recommend when you tour at TinTop, you request to tour with Rene! he is the reason why I want to live at this property outside of how beautiful the property is! And I say this with experience, you can live at a beautiful property, but if the leasing team doesn’t treat you with hospitality and respect from the start, that shows you what you’re signing up for a long-term! Job well done, Rene! I look forward to living at this magnificent property.."

"Tin Top Apartments are located in the newly developed, safe, and upscale Creamery area. The location is exceptional, boasting meticulously maintained public areas. It’s great for people who work from home as it offers a free conference room and office desks. A walking trail adjacent to the building connects to the famous river walk. Restaurants and major attractions are just a walk away. Convenient parking is further enhanced by the presence of EV chargers in the parking garage. It would be ideal to have a bike stand in the parking garage, considering the proximity of scenic trails just a few feet away."

"I'm delighted I found this place. I recently relocated to San Antonio, and of all the apartments I looked at, Tin Top is probably at the top of my list because it's brand-new, has all the facilities and new equipment you could want, is in a terrific location, and the staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Sam, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them because they were really helpful and knowledgeable. Working with them and witnessing how we interacted was what ultimately convinced me to move here, and I adore it. I've always looked for good management when searching for a place to call home."

"I really enjoy living here at Tin Top. They seem to have a lot of events for residents and are pretty transparent with things going on. I do understand that some cars recently got broken into, but unfortunately crime happens everywhere especially in downtown San Antonio. These break-ins are unfortunately out of anyone’s control. The amenities are top-notch and the location is perfect with many spots to walk around the Pearl. Jessica and the management team seem to be very sweet and nice. Glad to call this home."
