"My daughter and grandson has been living there almost a year, has problems with her bathroom, a leak in the ceiling has mold came to fix but did terrible job it looks worst, her washing machine is about to fall out, and her stove also bad place to live they take their sweet time in coming to fix their needs no good! She's going to have to move out with this conditions"
"The whole management company is a joke. Three days now since Christmas Eve we’ve been without water. Only to have the “emergency” operator BS us that there are crews on site working. There are no standard operating procedures here. When emergencies happen and it inconveniences the staff good luck getting any resolution. Don’t move here unless you’re a handyman by trade because you’ll be left up a creek without a paddle."
"Don’t move here unless you want to have flea infestation.. The management will do pest control. That you have to pay for but does not help the problem. If you value your pet do not move here! I’ve tried everything and nothing has helped. Please reconsider moving here! I completely regret moving here. Zero stars if I could.. The management simply doesn’t care about the residents. The rent is cheap but the living area is dirty and unattended"
"It's tucked away country feel good and clean grounds nice residents great professional staff. Great location I grew up around and went to middle school at Hobby."
