"My review is solely based on my experience touring the property. I'm currently on the market for a 2/2 or 3/2 and from Day 1 Aneli was so professional and helpful. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and was a straight shooter. She was very forthcoming with the rates, property availability and was keen to all my concerns with a genuine interest in finding me the unit that would best fit my needs. Having had prior experience renting, I felt the THs offered a little more sense of privacy and reassurance that I wouldn't have to worry as much about adjacent neighbors. The rates are very competitive considering the amenities and location. Only reservation I have is that I'm looking for a move-in date closer to February but may just have to move on this sooner!"

Raquel has gone above and beyond, even working after hours, to ensure that I have a positive experience. The property looks well-kept and modern which is a huge plus for me. The staff has been very attentive and generous, I don't have any complaints!"

"Having lived here for a year (and it being my first apartment), I'd say that The Standard literally sets the standard of how apartments should be. The leasing and office workers were always the nicest people, whether first looking at the property or while living there (where 90% of other apartments I visited, the office employees usually are less than helpful). Also, the maintenance workers were very quick and helpful to remedy any problems my apartment had (which were rare anyways) usually within a day or two depending on severity. Another awesome perk of the complex is the interior walkways (think hotel hallways) and the parking garage (which one gate would sometimes be out of order but not too big of a problem), which meant no more getting into a hot car or walking through the heat to get home. And to not keep blabbering, the amenities (pool, grilling areas, gym, package lockers, daily valet trash, dog wash area, and the nice lobby area) were all great as well. Had I not made the decision to look at buying a house, I would have loved to stay longer!"

The leasing office staff is helpful, friendly and professional, and Myriah who helped me get my apt lease still knows me and greets me by name. Apartment complex is in a great location and has a nice gym, pool, and other amenities too. Would recommend living here!"
