"I rented an apartment 7 years ago from this complex. I was never late one month. They put on my rental history that I was evicted; however, I wasn't evicted. They gave me a letter-form type of record saying I had a ZERO BALANCE when I moved out--to give to my new apartment. I was told by management that it would be fixed, but it's still there. Three times I've talked to someone in management, and they promised me that it would be fixed. It's still there--I'm trying to rent an apartment, but I have to prove to them that I have a zero balance. It's been 7 years, and I was told repeatedly that it would be fixed so I didn't worry about keeping the letter. In the past week, I've called the present and past owners--both companies have given me a run around. Every person tells me something different...so inconsiderate and insensitive. I bet you if I owed them money, they could find it in a second. The apartments themselves told me to call the company that represents their company for credit issues. What a joke--it was a company that cleans up your credit. Of course, they wanted to charge me almost $400 to take 1 error off my history. It wasn't this problem because they told me that I didn't have anything on my credit for this issue. They don't know anything about my rental history with them, but they do know that I don't owe them any money. It's my fault for trusting and believing people in management. When they told me it would be taken care of, I assumed they would have enough compassion for a past resident who paid their rent and took care of the property like I was the owner. How hard could it be to have some consideration for the next person? Put yourself in my place. Be careful what this organization tells you!"

"I honestly loved living at the Redland and had no complaints, until the sprinkler line broke in February during the winter storm. Then everything changed. It took over an hour for the maintenance staff to turn the water off in the building, floors were collapsing, and it was like a scene out of a movie. My apartment took on water from the neighboring apartment. Maintenance did not even come out to my apartment until 2 days later when which they told me that they would bring a dehumidifier in to soak up the moisture in the walls… which we all know mold and mildew forms within 48 hours.. the mold was already there. It made my apartment inhabitable, but the manager, Jennifer would not let me out my lease and told me that I did a good job of “cleaning up the mess”. They started cutting my walls 8 DAYS LATER! Oh, not to mention that they placed my apartment online to be leased and set someone up to lease it, but just kidding, I had to pay for another month anyway to complete my lease. Fast forward to now, almost all of the walls are cut but my apartment is still deemed “livable” by the incompetent staff. The manager and assistant manager, Jennifer and Vanessa are absolutely terrible. Ashley is the only leasing person that really always was there to help me in any way that she possibly could. I am so disappointed with how I was treated and I would think twice before ever leasing at this property as they have no sympathy for you and you livelihood."
