"This apartments are nice and spacious but management does not know nothing. They do not know what they doing. They incompetent people that are not nice. They don’t fix problems. We are still waiting for them to fix our problems. I highly recommend you do not live here. The rent is too high for being an income base facility."

"If I can give this place a zero rating I would... I DO NOT RECOMMEND! OFFICE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! She brings up personal issues I had with my husband and tells it to my mom and my sister, trying to make me sound crazy! I went to go confront Jessica about the situation and she denied everything and would bring up the situation again about what happened that has nothing to do with what my mom or sister is going over there to talk to her about. We put multiple maintenance requests that still hasn't been looked at and multiple times of going to the office and telling them what we need done. It seems as if she has a problem with people or she just needs a different Job or hobby because the amount of attitude that comess for Jessica is unbelievable. If anyone has the corporate number or email I would like to talk to someone other then the people from the office"

"If I could rate zero, I would. All the ladies in office are super shady and rude after moving in. Be cautious of this place cause they take your money for deposit but move in date gets moved till a week or more later. That happened to me and my sister when renting apt. here. Then ladies don't return calls or messages after they have our money. Manager Jessica is very rude and unprofessional and needs to be gone. Maint men I dealt with were very nice and courteous any time they had to do work in my apt. Roach infested place too. BEWARE! Mail packages delivered to office, signed for by Vivian but some how went missing. Just beware if any one rents here."

"I would call the number for further assistance, but you never answer. THAT'S THE PROBLEM. Never open and never answer the phone. Edit: updated 7/12/23...at post office and manager says to post office manager..."once packages are in our possession we can do whatever we want with them...even throw them away, which I have been doing. She has a package here today, so she needs to come and get it." I believe this because the girl in front has told me....oh we aren't even responsible for your packages, so whatever happens to them is not our problem."

"DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! these apartments are horrible. They are dirty, infested with bugs and ppl who steal everything they can. Got broken into, stolen cars, the amenities never worked not even for 1 day the entire time I was there. Stayed for 2 years not wanting to but had no choice. I moved out in Oct 2023 and I still have yet to received my deposit. They been saying they will send it but it's been 7 months and still have yet to receive it. They wanted to charge me over 500 dollars in damages which they had no proof of whatsoever. Plus keep my 750 deposit. They are unorganized and obviously need help in the business they are in. If I could give it a 0 I definitely would."
