"This comment is in regards to the comment our so called “property manager” responded to under Brenda Jimenez review. As a “property manager” there should be no reason you should put your tenants business out online when they are just giving a honest review on a poorly runned business. Our “property manager” mentioned in the response that the tenant “rammed their vehicle into another tenant car” when no one in there right mind will just randomly ram there vehicle into someone else’s vehicle , what happened was tenant was backing into their driveway when their boot slipped causing tenant to hit the gas instead of brake which caused tenant to hit the car in front. Second our “property manager” wants to run a business but fails to respond to any calls, emails or text messages from his tenants when they need repairs on a poorly constructed home, but Instead our so called “property manager” is attacking his tenants on yelp when needs to respond to his tenants issues and do his job for once. So if you ask me save your time, energy and money and find a way better runned and constructed place."

"DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!Property manager is uninterested in fixing issues that arise. My garage door has been broken since Nov.12,2023 and after sending a request nothing has been done, my dishwasher has been broken since July 2023 and manager stated he did not have to make any repairs. We has a small kitchen fire in June2023 and our stove and microwave were damaged, even after our renters insurance paid we still had to purchase our own stove because property manager repeatedly stated he needed to get approval from investors to get us a stove. Water is paid with rent but property manager refuses to show the water bill to anyone who asks. He threatens to have tenant pay the entire bill if bill is shown."

"If I could give it 0 STARS I would, I'm currently living here and they are not helpful of any means. I am getting threatened to get evicted because I don't have full rent. I did explain My Wife just gave birth to our son and can't work due to C-section but they don't care. I'm still getting charged the full $1,775 + 100 for late fees and $15 every day after. So in my experience I need to get out of here quickly. These people or person cause nobody else contacts me don't have a heart."

"Do not recommend due to property manager not taking care of any issues within the apt. I have made multiple complaints and no resolution has been made on my request. I even contacted BBB and no solution either due to no response from complex manager. Kwame does not respond to any concerns his residents have. I’ve had no cold water for the past 2 yrs and still counting. Please stay away and rent elsewhere. In addition when I ask if there is anyone else I may speak with Kwame states no other contact person. So no one you can escalate to either. I would think that investors would want to know how there tenants are being treated."

"I really wished I could've gone into the part that was abandoned. They have people that have moved in some of the homes. The operated section is still in ruins, destroyed homes. The police presence was the only thing from stopping me from going in. Next time. I'll be back."
