"Today, 2-27-24, I was visiting a friend, and I just heard one of the girls who work in the office who was in one of the golf cars yelling to a lady with her two kids, telling her bad words in front of her kids. Owners, be careful who you hire. There is no reason to tell residents bad words in front of kids. I definitely don't want to live on this property if the people at the office are that rude"

"Lincoln Village was my first apartment. I experienced what no person should experience. Day 1 I should have declined taking this apartment. The manager was involved day 1 and ignored my complaints. I had to complain to the head of their management team and even she didn't fulfill my request to be moved to a better apartment. I found roaches, ants, the heat was not working, tub was dirty, tub not draining, tub needed to be resurfaced, hole under sink led to outside where I found mice coming in, hole in closet, bathroom dirty, mirror covered in graffiti, leak in apartment. Over a course of a year of staying there I entered in over 30 work orders. 6 months into living there i battled with black mold, continued rodent and rat problems and more. Bottom line do not trust what you are told. They don't care."

"Save your family and love ones from entering this place. The apartments look good but they’re in terrible shape inside. Kairoi associates do not care about any work order, they will tell you that it’s out of their hands and refer you to the website for any assistance. Also if you complain they will take retaliation and ignore completely all your apartment issues. I wrote this review after a week that I submitted this backed up sewer work order, I just couldn’t stand anymore the smell."
