"DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT THAT IS OWNED BY THIS GROUP. I have had a HORRIBLE experience at Cathedral Lakes in Spring. I’ve had countless issues and the management has blatantly ignored me for months. I tried reaching out to corporate (UAG) and they’ve also blatantly ignored me. Note: They responded to my review below but they still HAVE NOT responded to any of my attempts to contact If you want to live somewhere that cares about their residents, do NOT rent a place owned by UAG."

"I currently live at the Park at Maple location is Ruston, Louisiana. I have contacted my leasing office, no response. I have spoken with other locations, nothing but the run around. I have been without outlets in my bedrooms since January 1, 2024, it is about to be three months without. I have submitted work orders and no one seems to care. I work from home so it is highly inconvenient to have my work equipment in my living area. No one has tried to reach out to me regarding this issue let alone come see about it. I want my outlets fixed."

"Im really not surprise why there’s so many bad reviews, this management company definitely doesn’t know what they doing. 0 communication skill. I’ve applied in late October my application. in the beginning the communication was good and flowing, after a while they stopped to respond to emails. Christina is unprofessional and always giving the feeling that she want to hang up the phone, she doesn’t know to answer about questions . On a period of 2 months i needed to chase after them for answer about my application, Christina always gave same answer and I’ll get answer today or tomorrow. Never got any answer, only after the payment got cancelled they tried to call me few times, this company waist 2 months from my time for no reason"

"Stay away from this Management company! I checked out Sienna at Westover Hills .They lured me in stating they will work with my broken lease. All I have to pay is twice the deposit. And the admin fees. I gave them a money order for 575 and they told me they will follow up with my in a day. 3 hours later they called and denied me an apartment for the broken lease. It was clear after talking to a few people that that's how this Management company makes money on the side, by telling you they will work with you then collecting the admin fee and deposit ...then denying you right out. I have been calling for 3 months (16 times) to inquire about my deposit and every time they tell me they sent it to my address I gave them. I checked with the post office and they in fact told me no such letter ever came my way. It's clear they aren't going to give me my deposit back unless they are forced to do so....look at all the reviews if they wanted to change they would have...6 bad reviews into it...I must now have to explore my options to get this shady company to refund the deposit they stole from me. Yes ....if they lie to you about sending you a check that never arrives...that is theft...and fraud...I am not a lawyer but something tells me I'm not the only one they have done this to...I will keep you updated to let you know how I get my money back....stay tuned...."
