Park On Bandera Apartments

"This apartment is the worst apartments in San Antonio! I signed a lease agreement with Michelle Perez , when i moved in my stove didnt work for two weeks ! And i didnt have a toilet seat for two day’s maintenance sucks , on top of all that!!! Michelle Perez was stealing money from me and other tenants, the owner and new managers Stephanie and Brianna i think her name was , was telling other tenant to go ask her for their money because they had no record of anyone paying rent to them ! Even after showing proof of payment i was threatened with eviction and police by manager Marlene & Stephanie & Owner , i lost out on 2,000 with this stupid complex they are the wost and should not be allowed to rent to anyone at all ! They lost my lease , lost my deposit and rent ! And made me pay the consequences ! RUN FROM HERE ! Homeless and drug addicts roam the complex at night Edit: Michelle perez shut up girl if i wasnt approved why tf you take my $2,000? Stupid ur dumb why u put some guys name Danovon Martinez under my lease ?! Why u give me keys!! Stupid . Like i said this place is a joke along with the people employed and USED to be employed"

"It’s funny how everyone is so quick to make judgement .. Park on Bandera first of all are thieves. They were taki money from tenants and the city of San Antonio and still evicting them . Which is why I left .. Samantha Pennex first of y’all u were even approved. You called and texted and emailed me constantly wanting a chance.. I had adviced you of the issues being taking care of .. if you had proof of payment which I also have showing that park on bandera deposited it to their account then you should have appealed it and took them to court .. u want to make this comment a week later after I have not been employed with them since the beginning of August .. I will post everyone payments on here to show who the real theives are .."

"If I could give this apartment complex a straight 0 I would. Please DO NOT decide to rent these apartments my best friend has lived here for over 5 years and has had her car stolen twice in less than two months. When she informed the apartment managers they say they cannot help them. And that there are cameras when there is absolutely NO cameras monitoring the activities going on in this complex. Her packages are always stolen when I strongly believe it’s the office stealing them. The gates never work, they false advertise a pool when there is no pool on the grounds. Paying $1,400 a month for rent with trash all around the property, homeless population is just getting worse around the property. Gun shots are heard almost every night and it’s scary for the many children that live there. Anyone can come in and out because again the gates have never worked. These apartments are not in any way shape or form worth the $1,400 a month to rent. Even if it is cheaper on housing just say NO. Please hear this warning so you’re not having to deal with what my friend has been dealing with her entire lease."

"I used to work there, and worked directly with the owners. It’s not only a horrible place to live at but also to work. I’m going to school for real estate and the only way these people can just basically hire anyone without a Texas Real Estate license is because you work directly with the owners, the state of Texas does not require you to have one when you are employed by the owners. I was only employed for a month before the regional manager let me go, she asked me if I liked my job? Duhh this was a stepping stone to learning more about real estate but it’s okay I’m better off now."
