"Office staff is nice, hopefully with the new management taking over BOTH pools will be clean to swim in, gym will have equipment that works, & dog park will be clean for our pets to play in… also fix the gates, they’ve been broken for some years now.. kinda feels like phase 2 side was abandoned the pool is dark green, people don’t pick up after their dogs esp the ones who live in phase one bringing their dogs to this side to potty & not pick up after them. The bums roam around after the office is closed to get into vacant apts, haven’t seen security drive through like they used to at night. I’ve had two kids try to break into my apt but they didn’t get in they just stole what they could off my upstairs patio, got my items back & found out they live in the complex, Paul didn’t do anything when I brought this to his attention with video surveillance when he was here. Def need security here. A heads up before shutting water off for maintenance would also be nice. It wasn’t that bad when I first moved in but it has def. gone downhill. High hopes for the new management team to build this whole complex up again. 02/23/2024 the mailroom is not accessible on weekends, only Mon-Fri til maintenance leaves as I was told by office member Cassie. The gym is still waiting for “a bid” to replace equipment, been waiting on that same bid since 09/2021, also pool in phase 2, always closed & dirty “waiting on pump” since 03/2022. People use the dog park to let their dogs do their business & never pick up after their pets, dog park has just been gross. Broken glass & dog droppings throughout the complex since people refuse to pick up after their pets esp the ones walking their dogs to phase 2 then returning back to their apt in phase one so watch your step. Haven’t seen security in a while, lots of shootings, vehicle break-ins, b&e’s. Rent has gone up since I’ve lived here & for what I’m being charged all of these issues need to be fixed asap & stop lying to people just to trap them in a lease with NO fitness center, NO 24hr access to fitness center or mailbox, NO “sparkling pools” ( haven’t sparkled since 2020 tbh), NO proper parking lot, parking lot by the fitness center had another red space painted by someone the office hired a year or 2 ago who didn’t know what he was doing & just made another fire lane parking spot because someone was parked in the actual fire lane parking spot & the office won’t fix that so there’s less parking spots. ***READ ALL REVIEWS & ACTUALLY DO A WALK AROUND TO SEE THE PROPERTY BEFORE MOVING IN"

"UPDATE: My vehicle was stolen back in August from this property. Over the years I've lived here, I've noticed how much security has gone downhill. Mailboxes have been broken into multiple times (mine was broken into at least 3 times), my laundry has been tampered with in the laundromat and management has not done anything about it, the gates to the complex have been removed, no surveillance cameras in the parking lot. So apparently, this complex is now turning into residence full of criminals and felons. This morning, I had an amazon package stolen from my front door. My door camera unfortunately didn't catch the face of the woman because she was bent down, so it only caught her back. All I saw was that she was fat and her hair was tied in a small bun. It's unfortunate that everyday this complex proves over and over to be an unsafe environment for its tenants. Also a week before I was supposed to move out, someone in my apartment building was murdered. It is important that people wanting to live here know about how unsafe this environment is. Three days after I moved out (when my lease was up), I got a call from the office stating that they have notice that I needed to vacate my apartment...when I had already been moved out for three days and had even returned my keys the day after I moved. That really says a lot about the lack of communication and organization in the office. Every day you step outside, you see trash and beer cans all over the complex buildings and parking lots. People with tattoos stand around drinking beer while watching you from their balconies and in the parking lot. Of all the unsafe occurrences that's happened at this complex, the only change this so called "new" management does is require that all residence have parking passes. Of ALL things. Sorry guys, but no surveillance cameras, no working gates, no security. Just parking passes. What a joke. This place is NOT safe, so if you're looking to live in an environment full of felons, criminals, and thieves, Tuscany Park is for you."

"This place is some where to really stay away from and especially a place not to call home. Not a safe place for kids either. Roach infested buildings they don’t want to do anything about.Not to mention their pools are ALWAYS green and some how a dead dog ended up in the pool and they didn’t clean it for months. There is feces everywhere around the apartment , it’s like walking in a yard full of bombs. Maintenance can’t fix anything to save their lives. The bathroom was on top of the pantry and every time the shower was on it would leak into the pantry, Therefore getting all of the dry goods wet. It look 5 work orders for them to try and fix it.After finally getting out there was MOLD created from the bathroom dripping down in the pantry!!! Looking in the pantry it wasn’t patched correctly from the beginning. They just paint over blemishes and expect it to be okay. The crime rate at that place rose through the roof in the past year and there have been people shot in the head at this place…….seriously look it up. New management is no where near better and depending on where they put you it’s a fight over parking spaces just to park near where you live. Tow trucks WILL tow your car and it’s not like the apartment cares if you do and you were parked legally. When it rains it is SUPER muddy and barely any where to walk with out getting mud all over your shoes it’s ridiculous.Mail room is always locked and the fitness room is FILTHY. In site laundry rooms are disgusting and don’t work.Save Your self some time and keep away from this place."

"I have to say ive posted some pretty rough reviews about this place. This due to old management I'm assuming. The front office staff has gone above and beyond for me personally. They have completely changed my whole outlook on this complex. Yes its just like any other its going to have issues. There is only so much a small staff can do maintenance is great also. NGL I'm pretty satisfied now compared to when I first moved in back in June/July would I choose to live here again yes I would but only because of the new staff. The area is kind of ghetto but not too bad the other complexes around here are much much worse!"

"I have been here for less than 24 hours ! I was giving an apt that I was NEVER shown to begin with , one I was shown had access from room to balcony this one does not ! That’s not even the least of my worries ! To start off 5 min after walking in k had to call the office my carpet was drenched ! Ac was leaking they brought maintence and he installed a window unit !!!!!! Told me the carpet in this apt had been wet all day !!!! And they still had me moved in and not tell me ! 3 hours later my bathroom was 4 inches deep in water toilet bowl is broken and leaking ! All night I could not use restroom ! Following morning after 7 million phone calls , emails , texts , emailing local news , property management they finally called me back that they would have a third party come out and extract water from my apt ! 2 hours later I’m still waiting having to walk around in wet carpet ! Honestly save your money and do not move here"
