"Cheap repairs, very loud neighbors, parking sucks. Bugs, bee, wild life very bad here. With heavy rain and thunderstorms power always goes out in the area. Constantly under construction with minimal upgrades and not very modern but grey paint and old carpet. Lil cabinet space, 1/1 tiny bathrooms and no closet space. 2/2 are mildly spacious but at a price. I lived in 3 out of 4 floor plans and there is not kitchen cabinet space much less a pantry so you have to make shift everything in the kitchens. Only 2 bedrooms have spacious restrooms. One bedrooms have tiny restrooms very tiny."

"GREAT LOCATION, HELPFUL STAFF, & FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS... Biltmore Park Apartments is a hidden gem of a community that continues to impress. Its convenient location near major roadways and plenty of amenities make it a wonderful place to call home. I enjoyed living there for 10 years and can attest to the great neighbors and fantastic staff. The management and maintenance teams are truly exceptional, with Bonnie and Deanne at the helm providing a highly professional and resident-focused operation. One of the things I appreciate most about Biltmore Park Apartments is their commitment to constant improvement. They constantly upgrade their apartments with modern features such as new flooring and appliances to keep up with the times. Living in a community that prioritizes its residents' comfort and satisfaction is refreshing. In addition, the office staff is always helpful and prompt, with Oniko making submitting work orders a breeze. I want to add that Ruben, part of the excellent maintenance staff, is a genuine problem solver who ensures everything runs smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend Biltmore Park Apartments to anyone looking for a top-notch community. Its fantastic features and excellent staff make it a gem you won't want to miss."

"Totally UNFAOR HOUSING, they say they accept Section 8 Housing but you have to make 3 times the rent. If that were the case you wouldn't qualify for Section 8. Just a way to keep people on housing out. Not everyone that needs help with the rent wants to live in crime infested apartment community where iys not safe to even walk outside. These are the only places you can move into with a Sectio. 8 voucher."

"I have lived here for 6 months and love it here. As with all things in life, the space has character - planes fly overhead, some neighbors choose to donate their furniture to the dumpster area, the speed bumps are bumpy, there are usually 1-2 washers not working in the laundry room at a given time, the units have little imperfections and quirks that make them feel like a real home (e.g. the paint got slightly outside the lines). I'd be concerned if it were "perfect." I feel blessed and grateful to live in this community, as there are so many positives to give attention to. The application and move-in process was efficient and the staff are very professional, nice people. The pricing is fair, everything needed in daily life is accessible and we are close to beautiful parks and trails such as Phil Hardberger. The office and maintenance staff have all been wonderful, fair, accommodating and are quick to address issues. Oniko, Bonnie, Deanne, Terrance, Reuben, Chis - all friendly, professional and kind (sorry if I misspelled any names). Office staff are diligent about communicating with residents about community concerns, such as people not always cleaning up after their pets, times water needs to be briefly turned off for repairs and inclement weather guidance. They also welcome community engagement and feedback by facilitating activities and providing light snacks on occasion at the office. The few times I've needed repairs, the maintenance staff have addressed things promptly and have taken the initiative to address minor issues they noticed while in the unit, such as a missing drain plug for the bathroom sink. The unit itself is spacious, clean and everything works properly. My 14 year old dog, who recently passed away, had a very good last 6 months of her life living here. The apartment stayed cool in the summer heat and warm during the cold fronts. There are well-kept paths and grounds that wind through and around the units with well-placed stations for residents to clean up after their pets, surrounded by grass and beautiful live oaks. I've had to make some changes to my lease with a partner moving in and then out, and the staff were supportive, understanding and nonjudgmental. My neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the area generally feels peaceful. I keep my space clean, have pest control out quarterly and don't have any issues with pests. Thank you Biltmore staff! "Moving to Biltmore was the best decision I ever made! From the moment I walked in they answered all my inquiries to the tee. Customer Service is Huge to me, and Their customer service from beginning to end was not only great, but they organically made me feel so comfortable. The were consistent and so helpful with my move in process. Since Living here, I am so in love with the property. The property from front to back is always maintained so well, all amenities are kept up throughout the property. I love the maintenance team, they are consistent and so nice, their whole team truly cares about your concerns. I just love living here, the community is so great, people are so nice. It's just an overall great place to live! I have lived in many apartments prior to this but nothing compares to this place. They always make me feel good when I walk into the office, the entire Apartment Staff from Management to staff is just Phenomenal and the always know your name. That's huge to me, because it makes me feel special. I can honestly say I found a place to call home."
