"Hope is extremely unprofessional and was huffing and puffing because I CHANGED the dates on my INQUIRY for the tour and move in dates. She acted so appalled by this with all her huffing and puffing. No thanks lady. Bad business. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Learn some common courtesy. You don’t know my story and I have the right to change things around I’m INQUIRING!!!!!"

"I was impressed visiting Hidden Oaks. Hope (the manager) was very welcoming and showed us some renovated units which were beautiful and clean. The common areas are nicely maintained, trees trimmed, and residents were enjoying the beautiful pool. They recently renovated the BBQ grill & fitness center, and there were no sidewalk/cement issues we could see. It's a beautiful and quiet community!"

"The management at Hidden Oaks is outstanding. When I visited the property, she was knowledgeable about the apartments and all of the improvements that they have been doing for the residents. The units themselves are very clean and nicely updated and the pool is great on a hot afternoon."

It's clear that she genuinely cares about the community and its residents. Joe, the maintenance guy, is a true gem! I witnessed his dedication as he hustled around to ensure the property was in top shape and promptly addressed maintenance requests. The property itself is impressive – well-maintained and spotless. The recent improvements like tree trimming, grill area enhancements, the updated pool, and the new fitness center are fantastic amenities. The addition of stainless-steel appliances is a lovely touch. This community offers tranquility and a friendly atmosphere that I truly appreciate. Kudos to the team for creating such a wonderful living space! Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a welcoming and well-cared-for community.
