"update 02/03/2024 : my car was stolen and management has done nothing about it :) they won’t let me out of my lease either the management here is horrible and they do nothing to help you or make you feel safe. The gate is always broken, and when you tell them about it they claim it’s a malfunction. HOW DOES A GATE MALFUNCTION FOR MONTHS?? The management is neglectful and doesn’t care about resident concerns at all. They neglect the property and the amenities yet raise the rent every chance they get. My car has been broken into 3x since I have moved in here, my neighbors car has been stolen twice and all management has said is “we are not responsible for crime in the area.” WELL MAYBE FIXING THE GATES OR INSTALLING CAMERAS. The steps in my building are broken and no one has come to fix it. It would probably require someone fall down and suing for them to do something. Ridiculous apartment management. I cannot wait to leave."

"This is a delayed review but felt strongly in writing a review. I wrote one back in 2021, but the management commented by saying that "I didn't live here." I lived here from August 2021 - September 2021, had to move out quickly because of a myriad of reasons - cockroach infestation, broken AC (was high 90s in the apartment constantly during the summer; we even started doing hot yoga in the apt haha), hole in the bathroom, water leak, etc. Management didn't fix our concerns for the two months that we were living there and so decided to move out ASAP. Other neighbors have told us about the numberous problems in their apts - black mold, cockaroach infestation, ant infestation, etc. In addition, we were supposed to move in July, but the manager pushed back our date, and so put us in the showcase apt for a week (in which was a showroom and so none of the appliances actually worked). I have attached pictures from our apt. Some of the apts are okay if you're lucky, when the previous management before 2020 took care of the complex, but the management when I lived there was awful and many of the apts are in ruins and can tell by the steady decline of good reviews. Hopefully, they have new management and the place is better now."

"Great experience visiting. Great layout. Brick buildings give it an elegant look and the insides even better. Big restroom with bathtub and room to dry off. Plenty of storage space for clothes and towels. Laminate floors making messes easy to clean. Washer and dryers included for convenience. Spacious kitchen equiped with microwave dishwasher and refrigerator and s lot of cabinets for pots and pans and drawers all around.Room with carpet to keep it warm at night. Not to much noise here and you can't hear much of anything outside the apartment. Definitely looking to rent here. And the people in the office are very helpful offering snacks and coffee and answers to all your questions or concerns. Maintenance man always on call and ready to help make your stay enjoyable. Shout out to Adam getting things done through the storm late at night and getting right back up in the morning to do it again. Appreciate you Adam and Sheryl from all of us."

"This review here is to let know that Whispering Creek is under new management by Highmark properties and they are doing amazing job to improve this apartment community. Importantly, they are genuinely trying to take all the feedback and working on addressing the issues and pending work and trying to make this place of value. Very humble, very cheerful and helping. So if you read any reviews that are before mine, those were for old management that was trash."

"Luke and Adam on the maintenance crew came and fixed an issue with my heater in minutes! They also taught me about what was going on so I can understand my unit better and take care of it the best I can. I really appreciate them for their work!"
