"The new staff is by far worse than before I constantly get harassed to go in and do paperwork. Disrespectful manager, Maria is friendly and helpful, Kourtney is nice. Made a big deal about parking passes if not car being towed. I went to get one and put it on my windshield for visibility and they still tow. They added more visitor parking knowing there isn't enough for residents. Been here two years never really had complaints until the new management."
"I been living at Union Pines for six years and the new staff is by far the best, yet. The maintenance man Mike is very respectful. He is a man of his word. He tries his best to get the job done at an appropriate time. The new manager, Nicole, is trying her best to get these apartments to their full potential. The manager assistant, Theresa, is the very best. Theresa communicates well and she is very patient."
"these apts struggle with finding good managment til this day 2021 they have not done that now this managment is not fixing peoples ac they keep saying they waiting on supplies but yet remodel the office this waitlist to get in takes about 6months or so and they moving in there friends and family as all other managers have done in the past and yet ureka does not do anything about it laundry mat always closed and elderly can't wash. electric problems in some Apts and Noone goes to fix one day these Apts will be on fire because of that and let's c who will take responsibility"
