"My daughter Senethia told me about Diamond Ridge Apartments and how they were nice and peaceful, the staff in the office is wonderful and she referred me to Ms. Denise who is a great person and a marvelous person, she is one of the Best. I'm so grateful for my daughter and Ms. Denise! I was approved and I'm excited. They are awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay. I would give Ms. Denis 100 stars if I could"

"not worth living here try your best to find another place but if you really have to live here be prepared to never get your service requests answered, low water pressure or no water at all with no notice, see trash and poop all around the apartments and make sure to get a camera because your packages might get stolen by your own neighbors and the apartments won’t do anything about it even though they had claimed they cared. Will be leaving soon and i am counting down the days!"

"A bit of a rough start, but new management really seems to be turning things around. Had a couple of requests for my apartment home and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The team is kind and have been very responsive. I look forward to renewing my lease here."

"The management is very selective in who is to pay for upkeep of apartment units. Upon my move out date, all the fees were paid, with signed and dated receipts by the management, and acknowledged emails from the management team. I also cleaned the apartment unit with photos, and even gave the supervisor of maintenance a large smart tv. After I move out I received notification to pay over $1000.⁰⁰ from the management. The management has not provided a statement or advised why that amount was owed. To this day, even after all the evidence of payment on my end, Diamond Ridge still has not provided any detailed explanation or documentation as to why over $1000.⁰⁰ is owed. I paid over $3000.⁰⁰ (with receipts) in move out fees and still the complex alleged I did not pay. >>>>>ANYONE SEEING THIS POST PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING TO DIAMOND RIDGE 5235 GLEN RIDGE DR SAN ANTONIO, TX 78229"
