"Mother lived her for a year. She had a poor experience. The refrigerator stopped working twice. After she installed a washer/dryer the pipe to the washer leaked and the handymen initially thought the water was from the water heater and they needed a part. Two weeks later they realized it's not the water heater and tell my mom its her new washer and its her fault. Plumber comes and tells the apartment complex, no, its their bad pipe. Two weeks she had water in her bedroom! She's older and had several falls in and out of the apartment. (this place is not designed for anyone with any type of physical disability) Attempts to contact the apartment for grab bars in the bathroom got no reply or said they would look into the matter. This went on for 6 months. When someone finally called us in early July, it was too late and my mother now lives in a nursing facility. The company that runs this place does enough to make it look nice from the outside but then once you rent, provides poor to no assistance when problems arise. But, if anything involves rent, they will call you right back, same day! Office staff change pretty regularly so even if you talk to one person about an issue, you may need to retell your story several times to several different folks before anything happens. Spend a little extra per month and find a place that takes care of its tenants."

"Main apartment that looks nice is where the office is and where they show you pictures of a model apartment that looks very nice that you won't be getting air conditioner never worked from day 1 pool always green maintenece although cool doesnt have enough help so takes forever for things to get fixed left apartment cleaner then when I moved in and took forever to get my deposit back and they took a cleaning fee the roaches are horrible pest control doesn't come out when suppose to the price is lovely but not worth the headache i believe it may be a housing unit because the tenants were sketchy didnt want to leave my crib most times"

"Pretty good place to live never had a bad experiance with management the maintenance man is a cool guy good person although he needs some help hint hint not that he is incapable there is just alot that should be done and he is only 1 man. Ex . the ac coils inside are in desperate need of cleaning and long over due , there could be a little preventative maintenance for the bug problem water pressure is high on the wrong places and low in the important places not all to bad just some small stuff that needs done and for 1 maintenance guy its a little much definitely not saying anything bad otherwise its quiet nobody bothers me or comes knocking on the door all the time ."

"This place is a slum maria the manager does not make repairs my girlfriend rented an apartment there under housing it took maria 2 times to get the inspection right. Then my girlfriend had a major water leak that took 3 weeks to fix and she had to use a shop vac to vacuum up the water that pooled in the hallway bedroom and kitchen. On the date of lease renewal housing failed the apartment (which is apartment #1 on the corner of Babcock and Glenview) due to a various reasons all related to maintenance and repair of the apartment that management would not fix and was caused by the aforementioned water leak. Also maria evicted my girlfriend for their nonwillingness to comply with housings instructed repair list. Further more while my girlfriend was moving and she had filed an appeal and paid one month of rent into the court registry but before that month was up my girlfriend had to leave town to get her daughter and maria had someone break in to the apartment that was double bolt locked from the inside and majority of the stuff like appliances were stolen by her clean up crew that is mostly composed if illegal immigrants. Plus the way maria filed the eviction was as a pauper so that there will be no record of her evicting you on her end but you are left with the debt that if paid to remove from credit list could possibly go to maria pocket as the main holding company is not aware of the eviction in the first place so DO NOT RENT HERE if this is removed like all the others i will continue to post and as you can see from the picture the pool is green and is like that most of the summer"
