"Victor and Angela are such awesome people! Any issues I have ever had here have been taken care of with immediate and friendly action. They always are on top of everything I ask for and make it such an easy process. I've been here for two years now, and can confidently say that while the apartments have undergone some changes, those two alone have made the experience so much smoother than I ever anticipated. Genuinely love it here, and hope this can be y'alls next happy home!"
"The management is threatening and rude. Makes up violations to get tenants out if they complain of anything that is wrong with the apartments. And then charges fees for ridiculous things. Unfit apartments to live in."
"Windbury apartments made move in super easy! Even with the hurdles of getting paperwork done from states away! Victor helped answer any questions in a timely manner and was super understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. We arrived and within mintues paperwork was finalized and keys were in hand, making unloading and set up painless after a long drive!"
"I absolutely love my apartment. The staff is amazing at the front office, my move in process was quick and easy everything was explained to me and moving my stuff in was great. Once i moved in i was having issues with my patio door so I went to the front office and spoke to Victor and he sent a email to the big boss explaining my situation and before you know it I was getting a whole new back door frame and it came with a screen door. I love it a lot more. I always get greeted when i go to the front office and Victor is great at remembering names so you can tell he really cares about the people living here. I am so appreciative of everything and i know if i have any questions i can go to the front office and my concerns will actually be addressed not just dismissed. :) i know its long but its really a great place to live."
"When I first moved here, it was great, and everyone in the office was so pleasant and helpful. Then after my first week there, I noticed so much water on the floor after a heavy storm. I was told that it was a foundation issue and that would need to be addressed. I kept being told that I would need to go through my insurance. Renters insurance DOES NOT cover flooding. They need to let renters know that bottom floor tenants will need it. I was also told I would be given a gift card for my troubles, which was never received. Then, I had multiple ceiling leaks a month, stemming from the upstairs apartment, which left a hole in my ceiling that didn’t get fixed until they had an inspection. Almost once a month I would have sewage backup in both my bathrooms, tubs and toilets included. Multiple times I would have to throw away my kid’s toys or whatever else because of the backup. The latest backup had lasted over 3 days, spewing out sewage all over the pathways, doors, and even some residents’ patios. I had peeling in my tub, which would reveal some type of mildew/mold, that wouldn’t get fixed. And bugs…that’s a discussion on its own. I had requested multiple times for pest control, with the issue only getting worse. Finally I had enough and had some choice words. I was told that I would have pest control out to essentially do a more concentrated solution, but they never came because “pest control could not find any heavy activity when going through the unit” leaving the problem to never be fixed. I had to spend my own money on different treatments, closing up any cracks, crevices, holes in the home, which helped substantially and not enough. Lastly, I was given a notice to vacate after my lease was up because the manager apparently would’ve rather have me go then fix the issue because I am not keeping quiet on what I feel I shouldn’t have to deal with when paying rent. Let’s not add that almost every other week the water was shut off for some type of break or fix. Lovely. EDIT: The high reviews are fake. They hold raffles, monthly, for good reviews that offer televisions and appliances. I also read even tickets to Six Flags."
