"This place is absolute trash. My car has been broken into 3 times and I don’t even live there. They make visiting my disabled mother difficult. Parking is horrid. They spend time towing cars instead of fixing up the place. Our car got towed. Sucks! Sucks! And sucks! Thankfully, my mother is leaving."

"Starting from the beginning and as I told the “manager” (I think) getting an apartment in this community was like playing a video game, it starts easy and gets harder every level. The most annoying part is the communication part. Before I signed the lease the front office was so nice, yet after signing it I have to wait for long time before someone in the front office could be available. The gate is NOT working and you have to deal with the issue until (hopefully) they can fix the issue. I asked specifically for an apartment with washer and dryer. After I signed the lease I got one without it (obviously they weren’t listening). I don’t know how they communicate with the residents as there is no one in the front desk, the application they said is going to be used to communicate through is not working and they didn’t recommend any way of communicating except for (maybe) hopping the issue can fix itself. All in all paying them is so easy, getting the service is so hard. Just incase they put their usual reply call the number, I would like to say No the issue hasn’t been resolved, No it won’t be resolved by replying to the post. Please don’t let the automated reply mislead you. And I could copy and paste the reply that I’ll get from what’s called the resident relations manager. (Just to save them time and effort) 1/2/2024 It seems that the management is trying to get vengeance, by the end they are sabotaging their own property. The bathroom is messed up the closet is messed up. I don’t know if that’s because of the review I put, personal or that’s their best. 1/4/2024 I don’t know how this is going to work, last night they locked me out of my apartment, and when I went to the office at morning they acted as if I was invisible. 2/1/2024 This can’t be real/ nobody at the leasing office (again), what are they doing? But eventually people can see and can assess before taking decision, I’m just convoying my experience (hope you have better one)."

"The parking sucks and most of these bad reviews are pretty honest but I will say the maintenance guys here are great! They usually take care of any issues I have that day or the next day. Always helpful if I need help bringing stuff down my 3 flights of stairs. Every apartment is going to have their issues especially in good ol San Antonio but at least they try their best!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Preston peak was a first apartment for my boyfriend and I. From the way beginning before moving it we had issues. Nobody in the office answers phones we had to go up to the office almost everyday. The apartment we took a tour of and decided that’s the floor plan we wanted and applied for was not what we got. Which pushed our move in date so that we could get the right one. You are basically living with roaches. Since day 1 of moving in all the way until we moved out the roaches have been bad. The valet trash never gets picked up like it’s supposed to which turns into raccoons and opossums getting into your trash and leaves a mess everywhere in front of your front door. We pay for valet trash therefore it should be picked up on a regular basis. Not to mention the dumpster in the front is always over flowing with trash. The cops are in the complex almost every night it seems. While staying here our car was stolen. Office didn’t seem to care or have the urgency to get the gates fixed or the lights fixed under the carports to try and resolve the issue. Not only did our car get stolen but multiple other cars as well. There has been shoot outs a few different times right in front of our building. Also there was a murder which happen just next door to us. The pools were always dirty and green. Most of the machines in the gym don’t work. The parking absolutely sucks. Our car was also towed along with 2 of our guest who were registered and still got towed. For being our first apartment it’s was not the best experience but we just had to make the best of it. If I could I would give Preston peak 0 stars definitely do not recommend living here at all."

"Came in looking for a small 1 bedroom apartment. I worked with Gabriel. He showed me around and went above and beyond taking me to several different units. I ended up getting a larger unit than what I originally was looking for. He made sure I had everything set up and was very thorough in explaining everything. You can tell he looks out for the residents. Everyone I have interacted with so far has been awesome and I love my new place. Highly recommend checking them out."
