"Came here today in hopes of making this place home! Really beautiful apartment and community. Unfortunately unless you are Arabic they will not help you get an apartment. It sucks because this is America. Everyone needs a home and they will not all be of Arabic descent. Mohammad did a great job of trying to convince us not to rent here. Went from apartments available in February or December, to he don’t know! How do you not know as a leasing consultant?!!! Complete lies… looked me in my eyes while he was sitting behind the computer. So I am going to file a complaint for racial discrimination! Simple. Don’t call, they not going to answer. Yeah. Good luck!"

"everything is great about this apartment. the layout, the space, the price. the only thing I have to complain about is the amount of Arabic children who are unsupervised at the playground going around and knocking on people’s doors for fun and throwing their trash everywhere. the parents and children have no home training. they do not even put their trash bags in the trash can, there’s trash everywhere because of them."

"I love this place. Everything is brand new. The staff at the office are very friendly. Jose is the best manager ever. He's super chill and will help you with everything you need, Manny will too. There's a lot of security, fences and a gate. Also there's always parking because all visitors need a permit. And residents need a parking sticker. The only con is the children. Like 20+ kids would play outside in the parking lot unsupervised. They'd hide under your car. Which is extremely dangerous!!! I called CPS but they didn't do anything about it. The parents don't understand English either. But I told management and they are trying their best to make it stop. Besides that this place is great. Edit: My opinion after this review has changed. Can't discuss right now. It's not my choice I'm forced to! I will probably go to court with them. That's all I could say ..."
